“The restraunt is on the 8th floor allowing for spectacular views of the Manatee River. It’s been open 1 month. Hostess & servers were attentive. Presentation of the food was lovely. Beverages:Eighth floor & Palomita Fresa (pink) were delightful. Wagyu carpaccio ( tasty) Caribbean lobster bisque ( chunks of lobster) , Wagyu filet & lobster, Wagyu filet & crab cake ( the filet could be cut with a butter knife. Lots of crab) , Brussel sprouts ( I would pass on ordering at next visit) lobster Mac & cheese ( chunks of lobster and flavorful) tropical paradise ( a bit of tart & cream paired) & Chocolate Praline Truffle ( rich & indulgent). Kitchen to table was not rushed, a lil longer delay than expected. We weren’t in hurry and were there for the experience.“

“From entering to exiting, the staff was very friendly. Well seasoned and flavorful Mediterranean and seafood dishes. Busch Gardens tries to hide this place with their half-mile wall, but we made the trek anyway! In a sea of burgers and nuggets at the theme park, we wanted something better and this place hit the spot. Happy campers!“

“We had an incredible dining experience at this Lebanese restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing. The falafel was hands down the best I’ve ever had—crispy on the outside and perfectly seasoned inside. The babaganoush was smooth, smoky, and full of flavor. I also tried the chicken/beef mix shawarma, kafta, and fattoush, and every dish was just as delicious. What made the experience even better was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They made me feel right at home, and their passion for the food really shines through. This place is an absolute gem. If you're looking for authentic Lebanese flavors with a welcoming atmosphere, this is the spot. Highly recommend!“

“Best meal we had on vacation. Party of 6 and it was unanimous. We all agreed this place was amazing. We had 2 people with gluten allergies and they were both astonished at how much was available for them. They both safely ate until they were stuffed full! We all did really! Every single thing was delicious and authentic. We already agreed it will be a staple when we come down again! Probably at least 2 times a trip!“

“Just left and it was my first time trying Cava! The lady who helped me walked me through everything and was so patient and helpful while I created my bowl. So sweet, I was between two meat options and she threw a little sample in for me to try them both. Pita chips are unmatched and my bowl was amazing! “Have been to Hummus Bay many times and have never been disappointed. Everything is fresh and delicious whether you order online or eat at the restaurant. My favorite dish is the falafel bowl which is just outstanding. Plan on returning again very soon!“
