As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the attentive service. I had the pleasure of dining at Pasta And... while working as the DJ for a wedding being held in their event space. The room was beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere for the celebration. While I was there to work, the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a VIP guest. The star of the evening was Chef Luigi, who demonstrated his culinary prowess throughout my time at the restaurant. Though I did not know he was the chef at first, he made sure I was well taken care of, offering me a bottle of Pellegrino and various food tastings. When I finally told him to just bring me whatever he recommended, he delivered an off-menu dish of tender, flavorful lamb chops in a delectable sauce, accompanied by fresh, grilled vegetables. The food was truly exceptional - it melted in my mouth and left me craving more. I was amazed that this restaurant, which I had never heard of before, could produce such a high-caliber meal. What really sets Pasta And... apart, though, is the service. Chef Luigi went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and appreciated, even though I was there solely in a working capacity. My roommate had the bacon wrapped meatloaf which I've had before and it's out of this world. We finished it off with an Apple Praline dessert which was tasty and not too sweet. If you haven't been here yet, you must give it a try.“

We decided to leave and offered to pay for the beverages and chips but they would not let us pay . The cashier said she could take our order but we already had waited and decided it was best to just go ahead and leave …On the way out there were 3 vacant tables inside ….If we eat El Guanico in the future we will order to go because the service is just not there anymore.
