“Needed to find a great Dim Sum place and my husband found this one ...not too far from Coral springs. After Tao Tao...and their food safety debacle...which was so horrifying to us. We have been going there for close to 15 years...and watched as they changed ownership and then... bye!!!.. Hong Kong City dim sum was good....they had brown rice and it was amazing...the mustard greens were so well seasoned and the Hong Kong noodles were good...but needed a bit more spicy ness to it...we got it without the pork or beef..and had it with shrimp and chicken...the servers were very attentive and the food all came out in these pretty lil bamboo steamers...as dim sum does. All in all...this will be our new place.. Christmas when our family comes in...we will all come here. We spent 250.00 including tip on Dim Sum. We wanted to try all the favorites we used to enjoy at Tao Tao. They did a good job!!! See you for the holidays...thank you for such great service!!!“

It’s quieter and brighter at lunch, so a completely different vibe. Highly recommend!! Hubby loves short rib panini and I crave spicy vodka chicken or ya sista’s cutlet.“

“Excellent!! I went Just Spoons for brunch. First I would suggest make reservations. This restaurant gets crowded fast. I had the grilled shrimp and fried catfish w/ eggs and grits. Enough for 2 people and it delicious. My daughter had the curry shrimp and grits awesome and flavorful. My severer was Sean was attentive answered questions about the dishes and the drink menu is like no other I had the brunch punch ( contains alcohol)and my daughter the sunset ( non alcohol) both excellent. This my first time at this restaurant and it now on my restaurant rotation.“

“The moment we walked in we were greeted with the most wonderful greeting by Tan. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. And to top it off as we were walking toward the door to leave standing there was Mimi and Tan sending us off with their smiles and hugs. Tan, you are such a bright, joyful light! “Phenomenal food quality and service. There are so many options: different sashimi, toppings, and dressings. Tuna, cabbage, cucumber, and carrots with wasabi cream dressing was one of my favorite combinations. The portion size is very satisfying. For the price, you cannot get a fresher, tastier poke bowl than this. In terms of the environment, this is a small store, but I really love the vibe and décor. Crave is a great place for family and friends. Looking forward to my next visit.“

“Try something different for lunch today in Downtown Fort Lauderdale area, try Blue Tree Cafe Vegan Soul Food by Nika King. This little cafe serves up all the soul, as Nika’s mom, Chef Sharon cooks up all of your soul food favorites, for a very reasonable price, plus special for this month, they have a home made burger for 954 Burger Month. The Black Bean Soul Burger is made with black beans, brown rice, toasted walnuts and a variety of spices and herbs. It’s served on a vegan brioche bun smered with a chipotle compound butter and house dressing, served here with hand cut sweet potato fries. The menu also has a lot of great options too, the crab balls are my favorite! Hours are limited as they are only open Tuesday - Thursday, 11-6 and are cashless business. They are located at 612 NW 9th Ave Ste A in Ft.Lauderdale, close to downtown, but they have do have a private free parking lot. Highly suggest checking them out this week, and trying the burger before the end of the month.“

“This is your 5 star with classic, real family ties, food. The service is always above what you would expect. You still see chef Angelo. Menu items have family roots. Fresh is always key but the food is hand selected. Pistachios from certain regions. Pork chops of a specific type. Prosciutto aged 24 months. Top notch! I’ve been dining here for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience.“

“I had such a great experience here tonight. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. We started with the calamari, which was cooked perfectly—light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The garlic rolls were insane… honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. We shared a house salad, and it was huge—definitely big enough to split. Everything tasted super fresh, and the balsamic dressing was perfectly drizzled and flavorful without being overpowering. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken parmesan with angel hair pasta. I’m pretty picky about marinara sauce (and I’m Italian, so I hold places to a higher standard), but everything was completely on point. The flavors, the sauce, the portion—just really well done. What made the experience even better was the owner coming over to talk to us. She shared details about the food and the restaurant, which made it feel really personal and welcoming. They also host special wine tastings at the end of the month with a curated menu, which I definitely want to come back for. We didn’t try the pizza this time, but I already know I’ll be back. They offer thin crust and even a deep dish that you can order ahead (about an hour in advance), which sounds amazing. It’s a smaller place, but it’s cozy, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back—and next time I’m saving room for dessert (if I can stop myself from eating all the garlic rolls again).“

I usually order via UberEats but prefer to go in person to truly appreciate the naan fresh from the oven. Every sample made it harder to choose what to get because every sample was delicious! If you are going to get ice cream, skip the commercial chains and support this in-house made ice cream - it’s delicious! I had the mint chip and it had a generous amount of HUGE chocolate chunks in it! We will definitely be back again!“
