“I waited 45 min close to 1hr outside waiting patiently for my food after I placed the order over the phone. I mean all i order was something that would have been prepared cooked already. No frying, no baking, nothing like that. Then after 30 min the cashier finally said something. She asked me what I order I told her, she said with a polite voice is coming usually it take about 15 min, but I've been waiting for that long and more. Man I was so disappointed 😞 I mean I love that spot. The food is good. I couldn't believe i waiting that long. I should have left but I wanted to test to see how long after my 37 min would I get my food. Oh yeah by the way when they checked in the bag, they realized my food was there in the back of them all the while. Looked at me smiled and I don't think I heard I'm sorry, or here a free drink. Everytime I come and order a strawberry Hennessey they always make it different and it never taste the same. Sometimes they give you a small glass then next time they give you a big cup with no alcohol. Bartenders need to go to school but other than that it's dope.“

The Lo Mein is mushy, tasteless, and made me want to throw up. The fried rice is soggy, overly salty, and has no flavor. Absolutely disgusting.“

When I told her it was, it was almost like she made it her personal mission to make sure my night was nothing short of phenomenal. Gave me the run down for everything, and kept checking in with me to make sure I was ok throughout the night. All I can say is I’ll definitely be back.“

All them club and lounges by Wynwood are nothing compared to this place. It’s home away from home. The food is soooooo good and the atmosphere…..OMGGG, incredible. The staff, host and the manager are so nice and hospitable. We came for ladies night and I can honestly say we was pampered to the max!!! DEFINITELY COMING HERE AGAIN WHEN WE VISIT MIAMI! “Fabulous long weekend staying at The Diplomat Beach Resort. Our King Corner Oceanfront Suite was spacious with a beautiful oceanfront view. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to all requests as well as our early arrival. The Hotel Bar was a lovely place to grab late night drinks after dinner, both Eddie & Michael made fantastic cocktails and provided perfect service- give those gentleman a raise!! Gotta love bartenders that feel like friends by the end of the night. Definitely reserve a beach cabana for the day it is well worth the money and Andrew was incredibly attentive checking on us throughout the entire time. It puts you right up front with another ocean view, a super comfy daybed with sun protection, umbrella, table and 2 lounge chairs. The beach servers were also fantastic & quick to bring anything we ordered. The watermelon margarita is delish as well as the ceviche. This is definitely now our go to place when we travel to Ft. Lauderdale area!“

I’ve been to Miami in Fort Lauderdale many times, but this is my first time staying at the W there. I have traveled to 50 states in over 80 countries and have a great deal of experience in hotels and restaurants domestically as well as internationally And Fabio was one of the best bartenders, and provided some of the best service I’ve ever had anywhere in my life! I can’t say enough about my experience with him, his service, and how that speaks to the overall management, and climate of the hotel! Mckenzie was also wonderful!
