“Ashley came from.the back with this beautiful smile and bright eyes! She was warm and professional. She made our sandwiches which so much care and attention. I know it is something so small to some but as an owner of 3 businesses, customer care is something I deeply value. She exemplified what it is to show up extraordinarily in the mundane and seemingly unimportant tasks. The atmosphere was set with her customer care. The store was clean, the veggies and food were fresh even at 8 p.m. at night on a Monday. I'm impressed and pleased!

“My family and I regularly visit “Hub’s” and typically service and food are fine. But this recent time 3/2/25, it just seems like things are going downhill, which is unfortunate. We actually ended up leaving without eating. I asked the first server if there was a drink/cocktail menu to which we were told no but they have a fully stocked bar. Okay then..server number two comes up and I asked the same thing, and surprise surprise, there was one on the napkin holder. So, we order our drinks and they never came back. Now, there was a larger party that came in AFTER us and they paid attention to them, took their order and even the table behind us (we were there before half that table showed up too). After waiting and watching everyone else get service except for us, I had to go get someone just so we could pay for our drinks and leave. I understand if you’re possibly understaffed but my family was there before the party AND the table behind us got food even before we were even given an opportunity to order. Ended up walking to Juan’s up the street and it was incredible. Thanks for the poor service since we ended up with a business that wanted all the guests and a fantastic server who was able to make sure all of her tables felt welcome.“

“Received some really heart breaking news on Tuesday followed by a sleepless night and medical testing so my husband and I stopped here for take out on the way home for an easy dinner on Wednesday 6/25. Apparently my husband let the girl making the sandwiches know that I was going through it because they definitely made my blt with a little extra love and just wanted to leave this review as a thank you to whoever was working yesterday. I know it’s just a sandwich but the gesture of doing something kind to try to make a strangers day better meant an incredible amount. “Only my second ever time eating at Jimmy Johns, first time was In 2017. Now I just discovered they have hot sandwhichs so I came in after a long day and got a ham and 3 cheese sandwhich, it was honestly delicious. The staff was friendly and tentative as soon as I walked it. Will be back for sure.“

“I placed an online order for pickup tonight but accidentally ordered from the Davis Highway location. It was almost closing time for both when I went in for my food, and the girls working here were so nice about it and even called the correct location to give them a heads up I was coming. So nice of them! Great customer service is rare these days so I didn’t want it to go unnoticed. Thank you ladies! And I did get my sandwiches- they were delicious!“

“Well this is a weird one. Usually never have an issue they are spot on. Today we went had lunch and yes they were busy. No fault there We ordered a G-44. Basically a giant buffalo chicken minus the tomato add mayo sandwich 2 chips and to drinks. No biggie right. What we got I'm still not sure, it was maybe a Philly cheese steak. I would have gone up and addressed it but they were busy. Im not one of those to slam staff it was honest mistake. Sandwich or whatever was not that bad. Just wish I knew what it was. Hopefully a better experience awaits the next visit. All I can suggest is speak loud and articulate all your words. Lol“
