“I come here at least once a week. I always order the popcorn shrimp. This is the best Popeyes in Pensacola! Food is always fresh, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and order delivery is always fast and accurate! It's the only Popeyes in Pensacola that I'll eat at!“

“I have never truly had a bad experience at my Popeyes (closet to my home) there have been some close encounters but fast food can be difficult. But Yolinda!!!! Is giving an experience at this location. So so sweet each and every single time!!!! This just has to be recognized. Not many people are at work to provide excellent customer service.. this is EXCELLENCE. Especially because of it being such a growing part of our small city and near downtown. I'm so pleased!!!“

“Me & My husband have came to this particular restaurant on multiple occasions, It's a big deal to us because the employees in this restaurant have been VERY PROFESSIONAL & OUR FOOD HAD BEEN AMAZING & FRESH!!!!!! There's a Young lady (Light skinned with locs) She told me her name after I asked for it but some how I still managed to forget it! The Young short lady & slim dark gentleman are always professional in the way that they talk to us & more. We were really Pleased!!!! We came in to the restaurant about 2:30 on 01/2/25 & I don't remember the dates from our prior visits but I can surely say that we will return... I hope Corporate are aware of these two employees hard work & amazing customer service. All the Year's in Jacksonville FL & We have NEVER had this amazing customer service so yes I felt compelled to leave a review!“

“The guy working the front was everywhere but at work. He was eating take out at the counter, forgot what to have them drop my food, and had to ask for my receipt back so he could remember what I ordered. I usually get great service here but not with this guy. The food is always delicious though.“

“(As a delivery driver) The manager for today and his employees need a thumbs up... I deliver from here up through DC And over the past year have had consistently bad experiences with Popeyes.. But this location changed that, they are the one location (so far) I'll be happy to come back to... kept everyone informed and ran things smooth even at a very busy time.. I came in had my insulated bag in hand , signed the board as we're supposed to, one of the employees in the back came around the corner did some stuff to prepare if you orders in the front near the registers didn't even acknowledge me, another driver came in He looked right at him they exchanged the name of the customer he gave him the bag of the order and never acknowledged me I was there for at least 3 to 5 minutes I canceled the order and walked out never again will I go to a Popeye's“

“I stopped by my local Popeyes for a 3pc tender combo and was told there would be a 7-minute wait for mild tenders. No big deal—they were busy, and I appreciated the heads-up. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes, but since I had been warned beforehand, I felt like that was on me. Then Sergio showed up and completely changed the game. He apologized for the wait, handed me six tenders instead of three, threw in a large fry, offered me coupons, and—just to top it all off—loaded my bag with enough honey mustard to last a lifetime.

It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job but goes above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves happy. Sergio is truly a diamond in the rough, and his service deserves recognition. If every experience was like this, fast food would have a whole new reputation. Huge shoutout to him and this Popeyes location!“
