“The service was slow and they were out of receipt paper, so you didn't know the number of your order. There was not enough staff to cover the amount of customers that were there. Very poor shift management.
This time things went a lot better than before. The staff seemed a little more focused and happier. It still has a ways to go, but I'd rate this visit a B-“
