The ingredients looked fresh and the sandwich tasted great! It reminds me of what Subway used to be about 20 years ago. “This is the best boba place I’ve tried so far, I would say top 5.

The flavors are just right not too sweet or too sour, the combination of fruits sweetness mixes well with the tea.

You can add as much boba as you want, I’m looking forward to their milk teas.
We ordered one lychee fruit tea with 2 scoops of boba
And a passion fruit tea.

“I remember when they built this small row of shops back in 1974 and this place open as a golf shop back then in 74'. Never eaten here since we moved away in 1979 but looking at the subs their making, I'm sure some real great subs. Miami has had some really great neighborhood sub joints as far back as the late 1950's. A lot of cities aren't as lucky because their dominated by chain sub shops which mostly suck even when the subs are getting really pricey like Jersey Mike's as an example, support your neighborhood joints before you lose them, and they become only a happy memory of when you were young.“

“The sandwiches are absolutely amazing, with a revolving schedule every day, so you won’t always get the same thing Wednesday compared to a Monday. Although it’s a small spot, it’s very comfortable to just sit down and even talk to the chef, who makes the sandwiches right in front of you. Welcoming service throughout the entire experience“

“Incredible food! Visiting here from Texas, so good we went back a second night for dinner! The gourmet sandwiches are a mile high and delicious, as was the roasted tomato basil soup, empanadas and a chicken rice fritter that was to die for. Eat here! You won’t be sorry! Oh… and this place was on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives with GUY FIEIRI!!! It’s that good!!!“

“For a small local stop and go this subway is actually efficient. One day they confused my order of cold cut combo for just ham. But the wait isn't that long. The only downside is their sit down area is very small and cramped. If you need a quick sub to go these ladies will take good care of you.“

They ACTUALLY use the barriers as intended - closed when not in use to protect the food from contaminants, and only open while actively serving customers. It’s amazing to see. The veggies are ALWAYS fresh af, the “artists” are fast af and generous with their portions, bathrooms are decent, and the floor is spotless. Seriously, I’ll take pointing and motioning for my sub ingredients any day over the common trash Subway I always end up finding if it means quality subs in a clean environment. This place is a gem, and they are 100/10 in my book. Don’t like that they only speak Spanish? Good. Less people giving them unnecessary attitude at the counter means better service for me.“

My issues w/this location: There's always only 1 employee serving customers after 6PM, their Coupon Scanner is way too often "Not working", some products aren't available late evening & the majority of their staff only speaks Spanish, which has made it difficult for some of my family & friends to place their orders & actually get their orders correctly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is limited, but available. There is a ramp from parking lot to entrance walkway, but no automatic door to enter the store.“
