They had a variety of cooked beef, chicken and pork. The tamales I found to be dry and unflavored. The rice and beef were average.”

You won’t be disappointed Ali’s contributions to the community speak for themselves (google his story) and he has a way of personally making the youngest of patrons feel like they’re a part of the operation. Our grandson loves to eat here, not just for the pizza, but for the lessons he receives in pizza making. Bring your whole family and especially your small kids. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I live half way between Lakeland and Plant City. My girlfriend lives in Lakeland, so we tend to eat out there when we do eat out. I mentioned that we should look in Plant City because it's just as far away from me. She is Filipino an loves seafood. I found The Rolling Crab online and looked at the menu. We tried it and we really loved the food and the waitress was very friendly. The food was on par and at a reasonable price for what we got. She loved raw oysters and I got a boil. She wants to make this place a regular stop now. (Side note, it was a very clean place also, which I look for in a place)”

“¡Simplemente espectacular! If you are looking for authentic flavor, this is the spot. I started with a michelada that was on point, perfectly cold and spicy, paired with some amazing pupusas. The kids absolutely devoured their quesadillas and tacos, clean plates all around, so you know it’s good! Mi esposa ordered the shrimp cocktail and a tostada, and she was impressed by how fresh everything tasted.

“I'm giving a 5 star review so I don't actually hurt the ratings, but you guys need to pay attention. I order from you guys relatively frequently. I'm almost always ordering an extra dressing or something that comes with it (like the blue cheese with my buffalo chicken fingers) and more often than not you guys don't give it to me. I almost never say anything , even when my $3-4 cup I paid extra for is missing. Sometimes it's hard to check when there's a bunch of vehicles or the bag is tied or I would have noticed myself before I left. I ordered food and didn't get what I paid for with one of the two items and now one person has food they can eat, and the other doesn't. A refund on one item seems great until we no longer can eat dinner together and just skip the food all together. Checking the dressing is a pretty easy step. Do better.”

“My partner and I came to Olde Town Pizzeria & Pasta Co. to try their deep-dish style pizza for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious. The pizza alone was worth the visit, perfectly prepared and full of flavor.

However, the real surprise of the night was the Strawberry Walnut Salad that Paula recommended. I normally am not a fan of fruit on my salad, but Paula encouraged us to try it, and I’m so glad we did. It was award-winning level good fresh, perfectly balanced, and honestly one of the best salads I’ve ever had.

Paula was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and sweet, and her service was truly outstanding. She made our first visit memorable and her recommendation was spot on.

We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Paula, for the outstanding service and for convincing us to try something new!”

“We stopped by for lunch yesterday. It was our first visit but we’ve heard good things from friends. We were promptly greeted and seated without delay. We had one of the lunch specials (tacos, rice and beans) that came out quickly. Everything was very tasty including the chips and salsa delivered before the meal. “Food is always great. Service, well each time I go it is a long Wait, but this time was too long. I went into the restaurant about 5:15 PM on a Tuesday, no one was in the restaurant except for Six employees. I ordered two large chicken salad and there were no containers in the display case so they had to make them. They took my order and had me pay and then three girls proceeded to have a conversation behind the counter and no one was in the kitchen. Then all of a sudden two guys and a woman show up in the kitchen, but did more talking than service. It took me well over 20 minutes for them to just put some chicken salad in a container and hand it to me. Each time I’ve been there it’s been very slow service. I’m all for enjoying when you work where you work, however, your customers should truly come first. I hope the service improves, the food is great.”

“To the lady on the line who overheard my husband place my order and worked absolute MAGIC, thank you. I wish I knew your name. Per my request, my husband asked for a crazy amount of mushrooms to be added to my steak and cheese sandwich. He told the gentleman taking the order that his wife was very pregnant (I am, at 37 weeks) and needed ALL of the mushrooms. Most of the time, it’s just a few scattered mushrooms anytime I’ve asked anywhere else, which is honestly what I expected. This wonderful lady who made my sandwich DELIVERED. She ever so thoufhtfully listened and generously obliged and I cannot thank her enough. Here’s why - this is my 4th and last baby and the hardest pregnancy I’ve had by far. I was diagnosed early on with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which is INSANE nausea (and the bodily functions that accompany it) throughout the duration of my pregnancy - not just the first trimester like most women. It’s been the longest, hardest thing I’ve ever done. I’ve been hospitalized, dehydrated, and barely making it through. With that, I’ve had NO pregnancy cravings. I was robbed of that joy this time around. I’ve only had aversions this whole time and then just foods I could tolerate, usually meal replacement shakes. For whatever reason today, I wanted this sandwich with those mushrooms and I was so hopeful it was done right. It was done PERFECTLY. And then she gave me extra pickle spears! And the pickles here are my favorite pickles of all the sub shops! Ma’am - I wish I knew your name. I hope you get to read this and know it’s you that made the end of this journey a bit more bearable for me. I’m actually looking forward to eating tonight instead of dreading it, so thank you. Truly.”
