“Marumi sushi really has a huge menu with a verity of Japanese food like nato, hotpot, grilled meats, ramen, sushi, and so much more. The food here is truly amazing and it’s worth the wait!!! “The food has always been on point! My husband & I have come here numerous times and the food is always spot on. The service is so so though. We ALWAYS have to ask for chopsticks, utensils, plates & the saucer for the soy sauce when we order sushi. No exaggeration we’ve had to do it every time.
Once we get those items, the rest of the experience is cool but we shouldn’t have to ask for those things when we’re ordering 2-3 types of sushi rolls or sashimi. It should be a given right after we place our order.“

He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. “Summer Wood Cafe a new place in town we didn’t know existed for the past year. It was clean and welcoming. We ordered Lychee Lemon Tea, Cake Cream bubble tea, and Iced Thai tea and all agreed it was a thumbs up. We also ordered Dumplings as appetizers and later the Double Dragon Tempura Roll, Summer Sky Lobster Roll and Tempura J B Roll, and Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice and all of it was delicious! Not only was the staff super friendly but they even came out with birthday music in English, Cantonese, Spanish and French and even ice cream for our son, without us even asking. “Found this restaurant while I was trying to find a restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was not a disappointment. The staff, the service, the food and drinks, everything simply amazing.

We had a group of 12 and we had Dorian as our server who was very attentive and patient with us all. The other staff who kept coming in to clear our table was also making and pleasant! Wish I could’ve given her a big hug.

Everyone was pleased with their meals, drinks and service and it was the talk of the night.

For the entree I had the Chinese lo mein with shrimp and it was served fresh and hot. The food here is super filling! This is a fast food place so not many dine in. We were the only ones here but we did see several people walk in and get takeout to go. Prices were decent for the area. Plus the JB Roll wasnt nearly half cream cheese. My sister loved her Crunchy Salmon Roll & Udon as well. With only a .2 mile distance to boot, I forsee this becoming our regular go to for sushi takeout in the area.“
