“Grabbed lunch here out of the blew because I kept seeing a commercial for sauced boneless wings. The woman who took my order was INCREDIBLY kind and smiled bright at the window when I paid. I had asked about boneless vs traditional wings and there was a small discrepancy with my order, but she did not hesitate to swap them for me. The wings were delicious and nicely sauced. I'd definitely eat there again. Good food, great service. No complaints! Ohhhh!! And the Mac and cheese!!! It was phenomenal! Like chick-fila's Mac. Cheese crust on top and all. I wanted more.“

“Words could never express my boundless gratitude for the team there tonight at this Taco Bell! 🩷 My car has been having issues starting for a few months now, but tonight I started it & it was making a weird sound. By the time I'm at the box to order, my car is smoking, and I panic and cut it off. Ofcccc it won't cut back on & I'm having the craziest anxiety ever because now here I am holding up these folks drive through 😩 (I used to work fast food & am aware of the time clocks/metrics) I didn't get names but the kind black guy on drive through with glasses came out to assist me as well as his kind white coworker with the ponytail. I am eternally grateful to them both. The black gentleman kept me from overly freaking out, reassuring me it'd be ok as they STILL took orders with folks going around me! The store manager, who I am also eternally grateful for, came in from being off as he was not already there, and he & glasses pushed me into a parking space. Mister Ponytail's boyfriend came to try and jump my car, which was of no help, unfortunately, but thennnn after mister ponytails shift was over, boyfriend dropped me home annnnnd refused gas money. 🥹 I am SO GRATEFUL for everyone there tonight!!! The ones who helped me & the ones inside for keeping the show running whilst there was a mess!!! THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! Annnnnnd my fooood?!? 🥹🥰🩷“

“So we order online and go thru the drive thru. Halfway home my son says his kidsmeal is missing the burger! Halfway home is only 3/4 minutes away and I uturn to go back. My son asks if I'm gonna give them a piece of my mind lol. I said no, I'm just gonna let them know nicely they made a mistake. We had to go in bc drive thru line was long at this point. Went in a staff was super nice and apologetic to both me and my son. They went above and beyond to make it right. Very happy with the experience.“

“I stopped visiting this location for a while because the staff had been rude in the past, but tonight I decided to give it another chance since Wendy’s was busy. I’m so glad I did! The lady taking my order, I believe her name was Asia, was incredibly patient and polite. Ordering can take me a bit longer because my kids are always yelling their requests from the backseat, but Asia made the process so much easier. She was kind and understanding the entire time, which was such a pleasant change. On top of that, the food was fresh and delicious. Great job to the team tonight!“
