“Since I live in Ponce Inlet, I've been to Down the Hatch many times and have always found their seafood to be so fresh all the time. This time I had my sons visiting me from St. Louis, they wanted to eat at the best restaurant for seafood, and of course, we went right here and it didn't disappoint. They especially loved the shecrab soup with the sherry on the side. It was scrumptious. Their dinners were wonderful, as well as the desserts. Needless to say, we went home with plenty of leftovers. Steve, the server was great. All in all, it was a perfect night. So whether you live nearby or on vacation, make it a point to dine there.“

“the restaurant is located in ocean jewels resort . the restaurant is extremely clean. I have food allergies an the lady let me read the labels , made my hamburger with cheese no bun. I substituted a fruit cup for French fries. that was a bit skimpy, even tho I paid a $ additional $3.00. my husband ordered BLT, he was happy with it . a bit pricey but the food is excellent and it's very clean. the only issue I had was the trainee perhaps? eating a biscuit right behind the counter“

During a day trip to the Canaveral National Seashore, I researched local restaurants and discovered a gastronomical jewel. Jeanette (often seen buzzing in and out of the kitchen) and Jaime have created a fantastic menu that suits the medium sized restaurant and kitchen located on the corner of a midsized mall... From the fresh baguette bread accompanied by Himalayan salted butter, to the colorful crisp garden salad with a gentle vinagrette, to the tender filet prepared to a perfect medium temperature joined by a delicious trinxat and tender mushrooms, and the silky smooth crème brûlée with a perfectly flamed caramelized sugar 'glass' on top; you'll be offering your own Chef's Kiss.
