The Boathouse Ponte Vedra Reviews
We have eaten here 3 times now when we come to visit our daughter. Food has been really good every time.the Brussel sprout app is a go to for us!
Service has been good with the exception of our 1st time when you had recently opened we had a young boy who kept forgetting everything and our daughter’s water was empty even after asking for a refill. We weren’t too worried about it because we know new places have bumps in the road.
10 outta 10 food, service and atmosphere!! Went with my family of 5 and there wasn’t a single thing ordered that wasn’t delicious! We all left feeling full and completely satisfied! The surf and turf sushi special was phenomenal and fresh! And the beignets for dessert were soooo good!!!! Maddi was our server and she was awesome, we will definitely be back soon!!!
Had a great meal tonight First waiter was spot on I mixed a few things for my grilled fish dinner with sides and was an amazing taste and they were ok with my request about seasonings My husband loved his sushi Will definately return and glad this is close to home

The Boathouse Ponte Vedra is a popular seafood restaurant in the area, offering a diverse menu with delicious dishes and excellent service. The grilled fish dinner with sides is a standout, while the sushi, particularly the Riptide Roll, is well-made and unique. The fried gator tail is a notable menu item, and the triggerfish sandwich is sweet and well-fried. The hot lobster roll features fresh lobster, though the bread could be improved. The restaurant's cocktail selection, including the Saiko No-Old Fashioned and Manhattan, is also available.
Customers praise the restaurant's attentive service and the quality of the food, with the Brussel sprout appetizer being a crowd-favorite. There have been some service hiccups during the restaurant's initial opening, but the overall experience has been positive, with fast and flavorful meals, such as the blackened grouper and shrimp with fried rice, as well as the shrimp and grits. The King Salmon Tataki has also received high praise for its freshness.
The Boathouse's seafood-focused concept is appreciated by diners, particularly the exceptional lobster roll and the creative sushi offerings. The bartenders, especially Bryan, are noted for their friendliness and skill in crafting drinks that enhance the dining experience. However, the high prices, especially for the lobster roll, and the restaurant's inconsistent takeout policies may be deterrents for some customers. Overall, The Boathouse Ponte Vedra is a destination for seafood enthusiasts seeking a dining experience with delectable dishes and unique menu items, along with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
