“It was 10 minutes to close and my brother and I were stuck in the woods trying to get a vehicle out and we were exhausted. I have been given terrible food near closing at many places before but the was the hottest and freshest food I've had in forever at Wendy's. I won't make it a habit but you literally saved the day. “Customer service goes a long way. I want to give a shout out to Ivy for her warm smile, and very polite manners. She is the epitome of excellent customer service and deserves a raise! She took advantage of every moment to show gratitude and kindness.On top of that, this location is spacious, allowing truckers ample room to take a break and even plug in a laptop to watch a movie and check emails while eating. And speaking of eating, thos location actually made the best fish sandwich I have yet ever had at an Arby's, in addition to perfect crinkle-cut fries - not too crisp, perfect amount of salt, and fresh!My only criticism is that the dining room needed a cleaning pretty badly - several tables had scraps of good on them, and many had trash underneath, with half the tables having their chairs out and ajar. It was not busy at all, and one or two of the other employees could have been out in the dining room cleaning, as it looked like it hadn't been touched since lunch time.Again, kudos should be given to Ivy for her customer service being on point, and even exceeding expectations!“

“The food is divine, for a fast food restaurant this Wendy's, is my preferred choice in Ocala. I enjoy they're menue at Wendy's it's a various of varieties to choose from and the staff is always pleasant waiting to take your order gracing you with a warm smile!“

“First of all this is a gas station pit stop place. It’s not gourmet food. Chester’s service is usually made fresh . 2 pieces of chicken and some wedges is fulfilling enough for one serving. I always enjoy getting my fried chicken here .“

“The employees are so nice . I asked a lot of questions about prices ( which they didn't know off hand and they were so accommodating to stop what they were doing to check ) it's 1am and they were all in great moods. It was just nice to see somebody willing to do a little extra to assist me.“

“I was having a horrible day, no food and was trying to make a purchase before heading out of town. Repeatedly my card was declined. After multiple calls it turned out the bank had turned my card off. Frustrated to the point of exhaustion, Danielle who has a soul of gold paid for my meal and pretty much saved my life. She does not know this, but without her, I would've been in the hospital this evening and violated probation. I'm so thankful there are people like her in this world. Bring your money and shop here. The entire staff are awesome. If I ever decide to move back here, I'm getting a part time job just to thank her and she never has to take the trash out again. “We stopped by here for a bathroom break to our next destination. This place was very clean inside. There were some shopping items, and all of the typical things you can get at a convenience store such as snacks, food, coffee, and drinks. They also have an Arby's attached. If you are in the mood for fast food. I noticed that they have showers and a laundry room for truckers. They also had an arcade room. The bathroom was really clean. There were four stalls. They were stocked with toilet paper. They had two sinks and an extra sink in the handicap bathroom. They also have touchless paper towel dispensers. I would say this is one of the better restrooms I have seen on this road trip.“
