“Staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I want to apologize for my family's behavior for causing a fuss over some sweat tea. You guys were awesome!!! Everyone of you worked well together to achieve something I haven't seen from a BBQ place in a while. Food was absolutely to die for, all the sauces were flavorful and unique and the meat was so good you didn't need to drown out the flavor with condiments. For those of you looking for a great place to get some southern BBQ this place is it.“

“A true hidden gem and I mean that literally. This spot is tied to the Marathon gas station so you have to go inside the station to order. But don't let that discourage you, otherwise you will miss out on a true treasure. This actually works out to your advantage. They are not a big franchise who treat you just like a number and make cuts to food quality while increasing prices. They have that down home feel that makes you feel appreciated as a customer. The food is nothing less than miraculous. The potato salad and baked beans taste like Big Mama cooked them and the barbecue will make Guy Fieri redye his hair color. “Best bbq I ever tasted! Brisket, Gator bites, Chicken wings, Ribs all cooked to perfection. I even stopped by for breafast the next morning and had my 1st better than hardees biscuits and gravy along with, "What!" smoked corned beef with poatatoes. It made our day! I heard about this place up north and can say if anyone is remotely in the Tampa area.....They should stop by!!! Thank You Jimmy Jo's!!“

“Ordered 2 steaks so much grissle you could not cut or eat they prepared two more steaks these were even worse. This was Easter Sunday and I spent $127.00 never again“

“Love this place, however we were seated in a booth by a window, the blinds were closed which was fine, but the dust on those blinds were unbelievable, i know that dust has to be falling into your food. Won't sit by window anymore, food and service is awesome“

“We used Florida Smoke for our family get together on New Year’s Day. Woodrow and his wife were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious. You definitely can’t miss out on their loaded fries and ribs. We highly recommend them.
