“Stopped here for lunch with my sister and niece. Service was friendly and quick. They have a lunch menu and their hibachi lunch is $13.95- include chicken (my choice), vegetables, soup or salad, and fried rice. For was good and it felt like a dinner sized portion. There was enough to have another full meal. My sister got the poke bowl which as also $13.95 and said it was delicious. Very generous with the tuna and salmon.

“I can’t believe it’s been over 3 years since Noble Rice opened and this was our very first visit! It absolutely blew us away. The service was impeccable. Hostess Angel greeted us warmly, and our server Allison A. was simply outstanding ~ easily one of the best experiences we’ve had anywhere in Tampa. We started with drinks, and every single one was perfect. The Lychee Martini was smooth and floral, the Espresso Martini had just the right kick, and the Haku ~ their version of a Moscow Mule ~ was phenomenal. My husband is a self-proclaimed Moscow Mule connoisseur, and he gave it high praise. The food? Next-level. The Tuna Carpaccio was the star of the show ~ literally melted in our mouths. We also loved the Classic Poké, Tempura Poké Rolls, and the Tekka Roll ~ all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented with different types of soy causes for each. The only item that didn’t quite hit the mark for us was the Hanabi Maki ~ still very fresh, just not our personal favorite. I’m sure many others enjoy it! What really stood out was the service ~ something that has unfortunately been on the decline across Tampa in recent years. But at Noble Rice, everyone went above and beyond. Allison didn’t just take our order, she asked thoughtful questions about our taste preferences, made drink and dessert recommendations (the Panna Cotta dessert was heavenly), and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our only wish? Larger portions ~ because everything was so good, we didn’t want it to end. An amazing 18th anniversary dinner!! We’ll absolutely be back. Their all you can eat option is the best in my opinion. They have a variety of other options if you do not enjoy sushi as well. -JL“

“I have been to this place many times and haven’t been let down yet. I was a server for many years, so I have very high standards and critique quite often. I’ve tried several things from their sushi to their fried rice to the Ramen. The prices are not too high and the quality is great. Flavors are always on point. I will be back to work my way through their menu!“

“We had an enjoyable night out at Samurai Blue. We started with the Blue Crab Rangoon, and it was very tasty. I ordered the sushi dinner, and it came with a nice variety of Nigiri. My wife ordered a few rolls and enjoyed them as well. The presentation was creative. The Caterpillar Roll comes with two eyes. The service was excellent and the vibe was relaxing.“

Our first time dinning there, we tried a little bit of everything - from the Crab Rangoon, to the Lo Mein and some sushi rolls. My personal favorite was the Beautiful Girl sushi roll. It's a fried roll with all the yumminess of a regular sushi roll! Malee was our server, and she was very nice and prompt with all of our requests. I'm looking forward to returning and trying some more menu items in the future.“

“This is a place I bring my out of town company. It is a small restaurant in a strip plaza. The interior is attractively decorated. The staff is pleasant and attentive. My favorite lunch dish is Drunken Duck, which is crisply duck on drunken noodles. 10 out of 10. I’ve also liked the various curries and Pad Thai. Nice lunch menu with appropriate lunch portions that come with soup and spring roll. Highly recommend.“

“I’m not usually a Ramen person but I wanted to get a bowl on this chilly night. The Happy Hour Sake flight and App was great for $12! The Sake was deliciously sweet and the Gyozas were crunchy and savory.

For Ramen, I loved my Tan Tan Men bowl - moderate spice and lots of protein! My boyfriend enjoyed the Kiwami Ramen but mine was best ha!

“Holistic trainer here. Had Jury Duty and decided to go here during lunch break. This place is a hidden gem for people living a healthy lifestyle. “I just had Poke Poke for the first time today for lunch. It was delicious! The staff at the Falkenberg Rd location in Tampa was so friendly, helpful and even walked me through my selections! I will definitely be back.“

“Had a great time here Monday night with some friends! They close at 10 & we arrived around 9, the host up front mentioned it’d take an hour and a half for a full game but probably wouldn’t make the full set. However my group and I finished within the hour.

It was a fun time! Hadn’t gone bowling in awhile. We had another group who came first and we were able to request the lane right next to them.

It was $15 Monday for a game PLUS the shoes so it was worth it per person. Would definitely love to visit here again at an earlier time.

We ordered a few drinks but they had some food available if we had wanted. I ordered the Strawberry cocktail. A server comes up to you to take all the orders which is convenient!
