“Service was great, you can tell the employees work hard and are running around on a busy night. The atmosphere is elegant while a bit dark and very confined. If your looking for a quiet roomy place this is not for you. Steak was cooked exactly as requested, my only recommendation is for a quality steakhouse the fries appeared to be from a discount grocer freezer section. Step up your game with shoestring truffle or something.“

“Leo, our server, was truly exceptional. He was very genuine, friendly, and made us feel welcome. It was a funny coincidence that he noticed it was our cheat meal of the week and made us laugh.Despite a large crowd, we were seated right away. We appreciated the manager checking in on us as soon as we sat down and throughout our meal. The young servers had a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm, making everyone very nice.I was impressed by a guy who was cleaning tables so thoroughly that I had to take a photo. He took his time to set the tables perfectly for the next guests, unlike other places that seat guests at dirty tables. It was clear that cleanliness was a priority here.We thoroughly enjoyed the food, especially the bread. Wow!“

“Outback Steakhouses to me are generally pretty good places. Food is consistent, and you kind of know what to expect. I was disappointed in the searing. We had a large family get-together on Easter, 4 generations. Some of our group are hard of hearing, and we were seated at a long table(3 pulled together) with a booth on one side. It was difficult to have conversations with everyone included.The food was really good, better than the usual expectations.Like anything, though, the customer service and our waiter were excellent! That's what made our dinner great.(I do wish I knew his name)“

“Off the main path, the restaurant had a nice 'steak house' atmosphere. They served a tasty tender aged prime filet and an aged delmonico including a salad and side. The sweet potato was whipped and spiced nicely. The Woodford Reserve Old Fashion I had was made just right. We ended the dinner sharing a house made bread pudding. The prices were very reasonable and the portions are good. The only suggestion would be for them to offer a petite filet for the ladies. The 9 ounce filet was the smallest portion and my lady would have enjoyed a 6 or 7 oz portion. I will definitely return to this restaurant when I am back in town.“

“Chain steakhouse that feels like the West when you walk in. Huge line at 5pm on a Sunday. Decor of cowboys, cattle, the Midwest and Western decor lace entire inside. Feels homely inside and gets you in the mood to eat some good food. TIP: Call ahead to get on a "call ahead" line. Which is faster than just walking in. Saved us 30 mins. Got seated within 5 mins.Was seated, and greeted by the lovely Heather B. Chose our items, devoured our meals, enjoyed our time, and left happy. “An Oasis!! Had an absolutely fantastic time at Rachel’s! I did not know what to expect upon entry, but was greeted in a courteous manner that did not diminish throughout my time. Nicolette was first to be my hostess, and I am glad it was her. A master of her craft and one of the very best. Attentive, inquisitive, knowledgeable, and obviously a sight to be seen!! “My wife and I went there to celebrate our 23rd anniversary, and we were not disappointed. The service there was excellent, very attentive, and on point. Loved our waitress, who was from Brazil and very knowledgeable about the menu. It was our first time there. A little pricey than a standard restaurant but so worth it! You get what you pay for! They come by with beef, chicken, lamb, ribs and it was all delicious. My favorite was the Flank Steak and the Top Sirloin steak, it was so tender. The Brazilian cocktails were so yummy and delicious. They had a special on a Brazilian wine which was delicious. This will be my new favorite restaurant for a special occasion. I can’t even complain about anything. Restaurant was very clean. I liked that they had mangers constantly walking by checking tables and if everything was running smoothly. Staff was very attentive, food was excellent. I have been to Brazil many years ago and it was just like a traditional Churrascaria like I remember. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or to impress a meat lover. You really have to be a meat lover to enjoy this restaurant. This definitely makes my list of new favorite restaurants Top 5 in Palm Beach County.“
