“Have eaten at Cooters probably 10 times. Burgers are fantastic and best fries around. Just wish they were closer to Shell Point.Very friendly staff and if you haven’t eaten there you are missing out.”

“The guy working around 6 PM today was INCREDIBLE! I came in on crutches. I ordered my sub online. He was helping someone else but acknowledged that I was there and asked me if I happened to place an online order. He assured me he would be right with me when he was finished with the customer in front of me. Once it was my turn he offered to walk the bag out to my vehicle as again, Im on crutches. And the sandwich was great! There aren’t many places that give service like this anymore and it was much appreciated! Thank you🫶🏼”

“Ms. Dorathy has always overseen this place and it's been great for years but, not so much anymore. I think she's not able to anymore. it's a bit sad because those working there really need to consider cleaning it up inside and out. Clean the tables and bar after customers leave and the next come in. Serve COLD beer. Used to be a great place to go to, something changed.”

“The boat ride was wonderful. The park ranger who piloted our tour obviously loves the river and cares for the abundant plant and animal life there. Very informative and interesting. We saw lots of wildlife including birds, alligators, and manatees.”
