“first time at this restaurant! Calm and comfortable, does not boast a giant venue at all. the art work and decor were gorgeous! the service was stellar, even when I expressed my concern for the taste of the uni served, the staff and cooks were very accommodating and understanding to the concern. All the sushi and rolls made were so delicious and fresh. I ordered the rainbow roll, which was incredibly delicious with the kani crab adding a perfect sweetness to the fresh tuna, salmon and escola. Also had their spicy tuna which had a unique blend of the Chile and sesame oil, very tasty! even the tempura fried rolls were incredible, the batter was light and crispy and savory all at once. I cannot recommend a better restaurant for the area!“

“If anyone watched “Jiro Dreams of Sushi” documentary film and you are a sushi lover you should try this place “Sushi Sho Rexley” near Sundial. This film is about an 85-year-old sushi master and owner of Sukiyabashi Jiro, previously a Michelin three-star restaurant. Sukiyabashi Jiro is a 10-seat, sushi-only restaurant located in a Tokyo subway station. We have this kind of high quality sushi restaurant and only 10 seats. We get to enjoy heavenly delicious sushi like film with sake paring in St. Pete last night. What can I say! It’s a fantastic experience and culture for 2 hours.“

It's located inside of the Edge Eatery so there are options for everyone in your party. There is two hr free street parking right out front. So far, this is the best sushi and service I've had in St. Petersburg, FL.“

“Glad I found Tokyo Ramen while I was working in the area and looking for lunch. The shrimp and steak hibachi was excellent! All ingredients tasted fresh and the steak and shrimp were cooked perfectly. Definitely will be back to try some of their ramen and boba tea.“

Seated immediately in half empty restaurant. staff standing around by front door. reviewing menu, 10 minutes later, another couple comes in and gets seated and order taken within a couple of minutes while we were being totally ignored. no idea who is waiting on us, nobody came by..no drink request. waited a few minutes more, couple gets food? you aren't busy, plenty of staff.. no excuse. last time we were there waitress not friendly and dismissive...so not first bad experience... we left, we won't we back. such a shame since we are regulars, and I usually recommend people go there.“

“We came in with a big group and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out hot, fresh, and surprisingly fast, even with how many of us there were. The sushi was top-notch, and the hibachi was super flavorful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of — friendly, attentive, and really on top of everything. Highly recommend this spot for both small dinners and larger gatherings. We'll definitely be back! Bonus was that the left over hibachi was really good the next day.“

“Came here New Year’s Eve for the first time. Atmosphere was nice, peaceful, not busy. Food: First of all, the edamame is delightful! The spicy/garlic combo is the way to go! We got seconds! The spicy crunchy tuna is awesome, tuna is not fishy (ordered without the roe, just not my thing). The Asian BBQ entree a first pick for sure. The beef was very tender and the sauce was delicious. Miso soup 10/10, as well, first time trying it! The steamed bun (shrimp), was SO good. Will be coming back. Waitress Ashley was patient and excellent.“

“I am a delivery driver, the guy who prepares the order forgot several items but as I counted the items on my phone to check off each item which was not there, he corrected the order. I informed the customer of the issue. I had to wait several minutes for the rest of the order to be prepared after confirming the order. I can tell he was upset with himself but I am glad he realized that I was not upset as we are humans and we make mistakes. The lady who works there is rude as she was in the back when all of this had occured. She tells me to confirmed the order and the order was already confirmed and I wear a body camera as well. I just want to thank the guy for having great customer service but it hurts when someone is rude to you in your own Country, even though I did not make the mistake I was still kind to you. The lady should take notes from the guy and Sir, I am sorry you have to work with her on a daily basis! Keep your head up, you rock!“

“The service in this restaurant was excellent. Our waiter answered all our questions and provided suggestions based on our preferences. I wanted to try a Korean dish and the meat was deliciously tender. Will be back and try more from their menu.
I updated this review to 5-star overall after visiting them again. We ordered sushi and sashimi and it was outstanding! Perfect temperature for the rice, super fresh seafood - just perfect!

“I just went for my birthday with a friend. The servers and chef were all attentive and friendly. I got the hibachi chicken and shrimp meal. The food was very good and the portions were huge. I really appreciated that they didn’t make us join another group. The decor is so cool and pretty. It’s a great place to celebrate a special occasion. There’s also a regular dining area that looks like a good date spot. I’ll definitely go back!“

“Asian Fusion with a Touch of Italian Green Pagoda has a pleasant atmosphere. They could do better quality control on making sure the plates are clean. Our server was pleasant and helpful with the menu. But after he took our order we didn’t see him again until we were done and asked for the check. (Someone else delivered the food.) So, he never checked to see if our food was OK or to refill water. As for the food, it was pretty good overall. We started with very nice coconut soup (basically a Thai tom kha), if slightly too sweet. The pork dumplings were very good. The ginger chicken entrée had nice flavor, but the chicken pieces were a little tough. The server highly recommended the snapper risotto, which seemed an odd choice for an Asian restaurant. Nevertheless, the snapper was a generous piece and nicely cooked. The sauce on it was delicious. The risotto, however, was on the gummy side when it should have had a silky texture. I would go to Green Pagoda again and try the whole fish and some sushi.“

“I am always wary of take out sushi as it can be a hit or miss. Ichiban is a direct hit!! I got tuna ad salmon nigiri/sashimi and the quality was spot on and delicious. no soy sauce needed. Also go the Red Dragon Specialty roll - amazing, spicy and no mayo which was great! This will be my weekly go to!!“
