“Today we had a delicious and fun lunch at The Madras Cafe. I ordered a Thali lunch special. There was so much food I couldn’t finish! The Chana Masala is delicious. The green bean/onion/pepper curry was delicious. Our server, Fernandes, took great care of us and was happy to explain anything we wanted to know about the different dishes. One of us had a birthday and they brought us a special dessert on the house. We ordered extra food to take home and enjoy later. We are definitely going back.“

Two people, one tiny room, and somehow they're running a whole theatre of flavour without the usual omakase cosplay. Start with the truffle situation: not “truffle oil nonsense”, actual depth — earthy, savoury, and placed with intent. Then the chef's mini omakase hits like a sequence of clean, confident decisions. The eel? Properly brave: rich, glossy, balanced, and the kind of bite that makes you realise you've been settling for mediocre unagi elsewhere. Sashimi here is the point. Perfect cuts, zero ragged edges, fish that tastes alive, and knife work that shows restraint instead of ego. Wagyu lands exactly where it should — decadent, but not a blunt instrument. And the handmade pieces (the ones you eat by hand, as they should be) are absurdly good: tight rice, clean seasoning, and toppings that don't bully the fish. The little mats set the vibe — intimate, focused, quietly playful — and the service is all signal, no noise. Just a two-person team slinging it all with calm precision, timing everything, watching the room, and never dropping the thread. If you want safe, boring sushi, go elsewhere. If you want skill, nerve, and genuinely great eating, Norigami is it. What I loved most is the judgement. Every “brave” choice still feels disciplined — no stunt toppings, no sloppy heat, no sweet sauces drowning things. It's umami, texture, temperature: warm rice against cool fish, crisp where you want it, soft fat where it matters. And because it's only two of them, you're not getting conveyor-belt energy. “We were on vacation in Orlando this summer (2025) and were going to see a movie nearby so we stopped here for pizza and garden salad. I was doing keto so I was only having the salad with chicken (which was very good) but my wife and son were raving about the pizza being the best they ever had... and we've had lots of pizza. So I broke my keto diet and tried a slice... it was great.“

“Absolutely wonderful, fine dining Italian dinner at Epcot! It’s a gorgeous and classy dining room with incredibly kind and gracious hosts who checked us in and then led us to our table. Gian Marco was our very nice server who took great care of us. We started with good rolls dipped in olive oil, bread sticks, and the fried calimari appetizer. The squid rings were the most tender and tastiest we’ve ever had. For dinner, my wife had the Italian “surf and turf”, Mare e Monti, which was a delicious braised beef short rib and lobster ravioli. I had the Salmone, which was a nice piece of grilled salmon served atop mashed potatoes over diced tomatoes, capers, olives and anchovies. It was fantastic! We finished this gourmet meal with the tastiest Tiramisu and a Cannolo. The perfect end to a perfect meal. We spoke with Sarah, one of the managers, and she explained that much of the staff are actually from Italy and are working here and gaining experience at a resort style restaurant. They all work together to provide the hospitality and dining experience that must be savored and celebrated!“

Although it’s a bit expensive for what is served, since they are tapas, the overall experience makes up for it. “I love this place, however I had an experience on 5/1 that I wasn’t thrilled with and it’s very difficult to find a way to contact to give feedback so I had to resort to a FB review. My mom and I visited on 5/1. Our server spilled most of a Champagne Papi onto my lap. I totally understand mistakes happen, however, not once did anyone ask me if I needed anything. The server (I have the name but don’t want to blast all over FB) never asked me if I was Ok, she just simply said she’d be right back with another one, but it was all of the floor, my shorts, my shirt and splashed my mom across the table. I thought maybe she’d be right back with napkin or towel but she didn’t, so I went to the bathroom to try to clean up, but so surprised that no one ever followed up with me. I’m not sure if maybe she was so embarrassed that she didn’t want to tell anyone, or what happened, but I sat in wet shorts the entire time. Thankfully, the pink dye came out of everything, but still am surprised no one ever checked in. Maybe this is standard for you guys, but I wanted to share in case this is not normal.“
