It felt like I was being talked down to rather than served. I hope Starbucks addresses this behavior soon. This is what happens when you hire incompetent employees“
“This starbucks has quickly become my FAVORITE location.
I recently had a bad experience at the starbucks down the street, where I could not get my muffin. This was heartbreaking to me, it’s my favorite treat! I witnessed a barista eat the last muffin in front of my very eyes after being told they just ran out! That is irresponsible and hurtful as a customer.
This starbucks has always had my muffins in stock, except for one time when they gave me a $4 gift card for the inconvenience! My drink order here is a caramel ribbon crunch and it is consistently delicious! Thank you to the staff here, they’re very kind to me. Would recommend this location!“
