“Panko fried shrimp Very good! Cooked to perfection. Coleslaw flavorful! Margarita flat bread *amazing. For an appetizer, it was flavorful, colorful, and filling. Chicken tenders *crunchy, juicy, filling. For an appetizer it was enough to fill me for lunch. Mary was our server and she did a fantastic job. Mom and I had Doc's for lunch and have leftovers to enjoy for later and will be back again!“

“My friends and I have been coming to Sanibel for 24 years. This year was hard for me personally. Recently diagnosed with Alpha Gal a severe allergy to many things including meat dairy eggs and others. Already was allergic to gluten. I was afraid I wouldn't have food options on the island until I found The Sanibel Sprout. Their coconut bacon BLT saved my life and I went there 5 out of 7 days. The ladies there are amazing and they even have Bible verses painted on shells you can buy. I would highly recommend and just wanted to say thank you for taking such good care of me!“

“The food is amazing and you can tell everything is made with fresh, quality ingredients. We tried the Mermaid, Slawpy Hog, & Big Tex with the Mediterranean orzo salad and watermelon cucumber salad. Everything was delicious and the service was even better-so friendly!! I highly recommend you check them out.“

The food and service there never fail to impress. I often find myself declaring Indian cuisine as my top pick among all the international flavors out there! The warmth of Indian hospitality is truly delightful. Our waiter, Akhil, is exceptional—his attentive and meticulous service stands out every time. The restaurant consistently maintains a pristine, fresh, and elegantly appointed atmosphere. Akhil and the manager went above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable. They surprised us with a scrumptious slice of mango cheesecake, adorned with a candle, and handed me a lighter to ignite it and mark the occasion! How thoughtful is that? And the portions on the baked spaghetti could feed 3 people! “We go to Ford’s for lunch and dinner during the week because we love the menu and service/. My wife needs gluten free food and this is one of the few places that is committed to keeping the few prep clean so there is no cross contamination. Bri and Kristen answered her questions and addressed her concerns and the manager came out to reinforce Ford’s commitment as well as deliver the food. Our bartenders kept us hydrated and jumped through hoops to make our dining experience excellent. Thanks Kristen and Bri!“

“Nice place. Our waitress was very attentive, kept our ice tea full and remembered to keep plenty of Splena on the table. I ordered the Seafood Cobb Salad. I am a Cobb Salad fan and order one where ever I go. This one was huge and I mean a 12” plate piled on. All of the individual components were plentiful 5 grilled shrimp on top, tons of cherry tomatoes, a half a pig of bacon, bleu cheese, onions, and the rest were stacked high. Only thing that would have made it better would be chopped greens. I had to get a “kitty bag” for later. Desert was their Banana Bread Pudding with toasted bananas. Again huge could have shared it with 3. Wife ordered Crème Brûlée which she wouldn’t share. Only bump was wife’s entre, Dolphin fish came out topped with tomatoes which she is deathly allergic (not mentioned on the menu) but not to worry, they made her another lickety split. Two entrées, appetizer, ice tea, desert and nice tip came to just under $100 about average for a decent Cape Coral restaurant. Big smiles on this one.????“

“Great food but most importantly, great people make this restaurznt the best of it's kind anywhere in SW Florida. Shrimp portions are generous and if you like real southern cooking. Their authentic gumbo and creole jambalaya will warm your heart. If you happen to want an even warmer heart, you can up the heat with the ghost pepper version. You will encounter some great cooks and some attentive servers who will make your visits habit-forming!“

“The Dek Bar is a fantastic spot to grab some drinks and enjoy excellent bar food! It has that perfect dive bar vibe—laid-back, fun, and full of energy. When we visited, the place was definitely happening and packed, but the vibe was so welcoming and lively, we didn’t mind at all.

The bartenders were awesome—super friendly, attentive, and fast despite the crowd. What really impressed us was the food. For a dive bar, the quality was way above expectations! Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, and hit the spot.

If you’re in Cape Coral, I’d absolutely recommend stopping by. Whether you’re looking for a casual drink or a great bite to eat in a fun atmosphere, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back! Five stars all the way!“

“terrible owner who thinks they can call their customers liars when they get sick off of their food. CROSS CONTAMITION IS HAPPENING! my wife took 1 bite of their pizza and threw up 3x and 2 shits AND her stomach started to hurt within 5 mins! left a review on their Google and the owner wants to call us liars. You don't just get sick like that if there is no cross contaminated food. Gloves are not being changed enough, hands are not being washed enough, utensils are not being cleaned enough or well for that matter and who knows what else. already reported this business for food safety concerns. my wife is a cook, serve safe certified and takes cooking VERY SERIOUS and she instantly knew it was cross contaminated, but again the owner thinks people lie about something like this for no reason. 2+ years of this being a favorite pizza spot to now being the absolute worst we have ever dealt with. also, we have ordered the EXACT SAME PIZZA FOR 2+ YEARS... Cecilian pizza with ONLY BACON & PEPERONI... never once has it ever had CHUNCKY CANNED TOMATOS, CHUCKS OF GARLIC, COOKED SHREDDED LETTUCE HIDDEN UNDER THE CHEESE but owner wants to call us liars about it and says it's always been that way... we know what we eat, clearly this struck a nerve with the owner as it should.... YOU GOT SOMEONE SICK! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!“

“My wife and I went Saturday night around 5:00pm to see some of our serves that left another establishment. I had been to Neverminds years ago but for some reason we has never gone back (it may have been because of Covid or because I thought they closed after the original owner passed away). Well when we arrived we saw one of the servers we went to see plus a few other people working there we knew. the band was setting up in the front bar so we sat at the back bar and we are glad we did. It was quiet so we could talk. Our friend stopped by to say hi plus a few other employees welcomed us. The bartender Lilly was so Awesome she was nice, fun and easy to joke with. All the employees seemed to get along and work well together. I can't forget to mention the food. My wife and I being picky eaters. I played it safe and had the Nevermind Pressed Burger and my wife had the Empandas. I never had a pressed burger it was delicious. My wife couldn't stop praising the Empanadas. I can't wait to go back. What a great place.“
