She obviously did not have to do any of that and I am so grateful she did because the line was long and it allowed me to wait in line without a screaming baby. Every time I’ve gone to the Wichita Falls location I’ve always had above and beyond customer service.“

No problem! They make the best chai in Florida, and their spritzers are literally to die for — truly. I actively seek them out! EDIT: Atmosphere was a 3 because it's basically just a line and they come right to you on your way up. Each time it's moved very fast. I had to bump it to a 4 because they always have decent music playing.“

“An elderly lady came in and was struggling to understand the menu as well as the process. This young man, named Danny, was patient and kind and even came around the counter to show her where something was on her receipt (that she was struggling to find). He never once became agitated or rude with her. Also, the pumpkin spice latte is amazing.“

The manager whose name I didn’t get who was covered in tattoos was more than accommodating. She made sure I got my items remade quickly and correctly while making conversation she also gave me two coupons for my next visit

I have noticed they would pay 60000 for a new kitchen but have fast food for lunch. Why do you think we don't have a Whole Foods here or a trader Joe's.
