“I am not sure if the base is the local community but from the other guests I was it sure looked and felt like it and it made a cozy atmosphere. My server was wonderful and the good was fresh and good.“

“My wife and I went out for a quick dinner and stopped in to Seaside Florida Grill. We had a very early dinner like 515 so the restaurant was not crowded and to our surprise, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the appetizers, the soup and the main dish. We both had one of their specialty drinks as well as a martini and they were really well made with a lot of flavor. The key lime sea scallops were cooked to perfection and were at a good temperature. The lobster bisque was a big bowl which I ended up eating most of it, but didn’t know how large the portion was going to be so I only ate what I knew I could finish my main meal. I had the surf and turf and it was really tasty and my wife had the chipotle muscles. We will definitely be back and try to pick a time where the atmosphere is a little bit more lively. The server was also very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Didn’t wanna leave her out. She was great.“

“The owner is such a nice guy, very inviting and hospitable. He has a great selection of food and drinks. We enjoyed our lattes. The atmosphere is eclectic, comfortable, and clean. The shop is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays so drop in when you can.“

“Everything was absolutely delicious! You MUST go and try the flash fried spinach and the Chef's grits. Since spinach is my favorite food, I eat it anytime, any place, but this is completely unique! Did I mention the fish was exquisite as well? I had their famous onion crusted fish, tonight it was Mahi Mahi on the 39.00 three course special. Generous wine pour too! Great date night place, and everyone in the place cared about your satisfaction. Warm and friendly vibe!“

“Amazing Wine Tasting dinner this evening at Luna Food & Wine in Cocoa Beach. The wine pairings were fabulous and spot on. Never would have thought of pairing a Chardonnay with a spicy crevette creole but it was perfect. Outstanding menu, perfect sized portions and wonderful pairings with wines from Midnight Cellars. Waiting for the next wine pairing dinner there. Chef Luca and LeeAnn are such wonderful hosts and make their guest feel like family.“

“We have been so anxious to try out the Brevardian, since Cypress Table closed, and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious!! We expected amazing food, anticipated creative twists to the dishes and still the foods quality and creativeness blew us away. We had the fish dip appetizer, the chips & sour cream starter, the grilled wedge salad, short rib and pork chop meals. Our waitress, Julie (I think) was so great at providing helpful information on the menu and the restaurant, as well as some hilarious jokes. The 90s-2000s alt rock music was awesome…felt like it was our own personal playlist. We ate inside, near the back, and I was really impressed with the thoughtful decor and classiness of the place. The outdoor area was also nice and as we walked through I was surprised it was not hot because of the full shade and breeze coming off the water. Please do yourself a favor and try this amazing restaurant…You will not regret it. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes! Some feedback: *Parking was a struggle, at 630 we were one of 3 vehicles making circles around the overflow parking for 5 minutes waiting for someone to leave because there were no open spots (stressful because we had a reservation and arrived right on time, not early). The spots are huge, which is nice, but could be repainted to shrink and accommodate more vehicles *Love the kettle chip starter, reminded me of Cypress table! I just had to tell you guys I think a homemade pickle starter would be amazing and also one that you guys would nail! *The sandy lot to walk through, to get to the hostess in the back, was not great. Not trying to be boujee lol but I do think a walking path, rocks, or something very simple would elevate the experience and guide guests to the back. *Lastly, love love the decor and the comfy, cute antique chairs but the front legs on my chair bent out in front of me, while I was in it eating, and thankfully I was able to hold myself while my husband jumped up to grab me. A separate server noticed right away and immediately removed the chair and replaced it. I am pregnant, but not huge lol so I’d say it’s just a result of vintage decor and maybe a check of the chairs regularly would be good, just for safety reasons. Also, what seemed to be a manager or lead came over very soon after it happened to make sure I was fine.“

“Nice dining experience. Nice bar area. Sara our server was great. There is something on the menu for everyone. We had the Ahi Tuna Pole Nachos, Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl and the Mongo Bowl (Mongolian Beef Poke bowl). The serving sizes were generous, very generous and they tasted deliciously incredible! “I usually love going to Chart House in Melbourne for special occasions or happy hour. Last night missed the mark for my husband and I. We went to celebrate our 12th anniversary. We chose to sit at the bar and eat from the early dining menu and the happy hour menu. When mentioning it was our anniversary the bartender didn't even acknowledge it. The appetizers, salads and drinks were delicious. I ordered the shrimp pasta for my entree. The shrimp was overcooked and tough. The pasta lacked flavor. I ate some of the shrimp and decided to take the rest home to "flavor it up". We were finished eating for about 20 minutes before the bartender came to ask if I wanted a box. I couldn't get his attention because he had a stack of guest checks from one of the waiters. By the time he brought the box and asked if I wanted the creme brulee I originally ordered I asked him to box it up because I had been waiting so long. He didn't even recognize how long it had been. All he said was, this is my 7th day. I gave him grace, but it's still unacceptable considering we went to celebrate and left feeling negative about the experience.“

“Ehhh not necessarily family friendly. Came 2 weeks ago with my 3 littles for lunch. Our waitress was AMAZING!! The waitress who brought our food not so much. She argued with myself and my 6 year old son about the pickle with his meal. The pickle is included with a kids burger meal right?! I paid for it right? My special needs son cried, I was embarrassed for him and she finally brought one. Needless to say I will waste my gas to go to the beachside location and not this one. I can’t not have that happen again with my kids and she needs more training. Blonde with braided pig tails. We came around 11:30 on 6/39/2025. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. She needs more training or to be fired. Again will not ever return with my 3 kids and this has been a favorite place since our first child in 2015 and just us since 2013. I’d rather waste gas going beachside than to have her as our waitstaff for food again. 🤷🏼‍♀️“

“I am a snowbird from PA. When my husband was alive we enjoyed your restaurant sitting having drinks and dinner with several friends and family. I was in your establishment in Feb. On a Friday evening waited over 2 hours to be seated. I was told an hour plus I am a diabetic and started to not feel well. Once seated we were sat at a tall table for 8. The pipes above one of my guests had water dripping on her and her food. Since we ate there numerous times we also were disappointed in food we were served. It was a special day celebrating my daughter's 25th anniversary. Needless to say we will not be returning.“

Parking: Parking is tight but doable..“

“This place has a sweet setting right on the beach. Parking is a challenge and is now done with a valet in a very small lot. We have had mixed results dining at BB’s. Some food has been well-prepared, and some has been undercooked and underseasoned. Some drinks have been good and others could have been better. Someone never checking on us after the food arrived makes it tough to point out the short-comings. This is what occurred during our most recent visit. My feeling is that for the prices they are charging, these things should not occur.“

What truly set the experience apart, though, was the exceptional service. Tanya, our server, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. “I didn’t dine in, but grabbed a roll to go since I was working that day. The only downside is the location being right downtown, which makes parking tricky. Luckily, I found a spot near Crush 11 and just walked across to pick up my order. The restaurant is tucked down a little mall-style hallway with some outdoor seating by the entrance. Everything I tried was delicious, and I’ll definitely be returning. I didn’t get any photos this time, unfortunately!“
