We had a Fantastic Prime Rib Steak Dinner, the atmosphere was perfect, attentive wait staff, extremely friendly & courteous, generous portions. We were not expecting Live Music , we were pleasantly Surprised!!)
Highly recommend!
Don't miss a wonderful dining experience at the Cellar. It's hard to pick a favorite dish but my husband loves the lollipop lamb chops and Oysters Rockefeller. I love the Fagottini Alla Pera: Purse shaped pasta stuffed with roasted pear & gorgonzola in a light herb cream sauce!
6/9/26 first time here. I was told by a friend to come here and try it, so i did.

The Cellar Grille and Wine Bar is a very nice place for an elevated dining experience in Sebring. The atmosphere is good, with lovely live music or Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra playing at a level that allows for conversation. Many find it a gem and are excited to have a restaurant like this in town.
The food receives high praise. Specific dishes highlighted include excellent Meatballs, a Lamb chops appetizer with great flavor, a very nicely cooked Prime rib, Tuscan grouper, and Marzo bordox. For brunch, the shrimp and grits are cited as some of the best ever, and the eggs benedict Florentine and crab cake are delicious. Appetizers like the crab cake and rib are very good and large. Desserts like the tiramisu and the mango guava cheesecake are also celebrated. While sometimes noted as a little pricey for Sebring, it is considered worth it.
Service experiences vary; many report excellent and attentive service, with staff checking on meals. However, some reviews note that service can be a negative, with occasional inattentiveness or stressed employees, suggesting a need for more staff or training. Despite this, the overall experience is often memorable, with many guests planning to return.
