“I went the Cowpokes yesterday as it was my Birthday. If you show your DL and go right in on your Birthday you will get $15.00 off your dinner. I ordered the Filet Mignon it was cooked perfect, baked potatoe and the amazing salad.I also ordered a Bourbon Manhattan up which the Bartender made it just the way I like it. Carrie our Server was very attentive and checked on us often.She was very professional and personality plus. I had a wonderful Birthday and the best time at Cowpokes. Management should acknowledge their great servers.Jeff & Carrie are top notch.Recommend them highly.“

“Lived here 26 yrs. Always very satisfied with food & service...until....took relatives there for evening meal. I was embarressed...for some reason , all 4 of us got unacceptable food. The lasagna was the only good thing. The grouper tacos were greasy. Something is different in the kitchen.....new cooks...chefs.....? Will return one more time.....hopefully things will have been corrected by then.“

10/29/18: I finally had the Mussels & they were really good! Mom had the crab cake salad, she said it was really great. Nice portion and good salad (no iceberg!). I had the turbo burger- very good & the fries... better than McD! Dinner bread- always good, house red- very nice. Service was good, thanks J!

Update 5/4/18- came back with Mom. She had the Chicken Cristina and really liked it, i had the cedar plank salmon, very good. The bread was good & hot and the house red was nice, thanks.

Wow, I can't believe my mom was hiding this gem from me, lol. I've been visiting her in Sebring for over 10 years and I never knew about this place, but she did! We came here for her 90th bday. We had a great time and the food was really good. Now, with knowing how good Chicanes is, I'll be coming back a few times, each time I visit Mom.
The staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating. Thanks to "T" and all the others the helped make my Mom's night go perfect.“

“Please excuse the longer post. Food and service were immaculate. I have never had a bad experience here. Just recently we had a take order that was 1 item off. Not only did Andrea take care of us, but she was incredibly understanding about the situation. I had ordered a kids cheeseburger, they heard grilled cheese. After picking up my food in a timely manner, we returned home to realize the mistake. I called back and explained the situation and Andrea was open and understanding, told me to just come on up and they would take care of it. I was willing to pay and honestly tried more than once, but Andrea was steadfast in her resolve to honor the miscommunication. I didn't want that, it may have been my mistake, but they weren't having any of my excuses. Lest I forget Tim and Ted the bartenders. These two gentleman are exemplary at their craft. Both have served me before and both are amazing. Long story short, you will be hard pressed to find a restaurant that takes customer service extremely serious and also puts out incredible food. Please consider stopping in and tell Andrea, Tim or Ted hi for me!“

“The restaurant has good food, not outstanding but quite good. The place is busy at times and crowding can make the experience less enjoyable. The restaurant is not the cleanest but is what you may expect for a bar. I will return but only if its not too busy at the time.

Parking: Parking surrounds the place but finding spot can leave you with quite a walk which may be a problem for certain folks.“

“Food was great as always. Served quickly and hot. Our server was good, though she needed to be a little more friendly and speak up just a bit. The fight between 2 people in the kitchen made things a little tense for a few minutes. Management needed to handle that more quickly and decisively.“

“Had a fabulous experience of this location . I hadn’t been to this location in years and was happy to see that it has been extremely well maintained . The building looks like new, so you can tell they take care of it. Kathryn at the bar was amazing and friendly and kind and had great suggestions. There were also a few other staff members that engaged with me and made me smile because I was dining alone. They have a new, refreshed menu with many different new cocktails and entrees. They also have daily specials. The daily special on Monday is all you can eat shrimp for $25. The daily special for Tuesday is crab legs for $20. And they have a daily special for each day. I had the create your own ultimate feast and it was really good. The crab legs were bright, red and beautifully fresh. The portions were very large. The shrimp scampi was their classic, famous shrimp scampi, and it tasted absolutely delicious. Drenched in butter. I definitely will return.

I Wish I could give our waitress a 10, because she was absolutely amazing and So sweet. Food was great ?
We shared a 2 meats and 2 sides. The baby back ribs were falling off the bone..the French Fries were hot and seasoned perfectly. Then we shared the small chocolate cake with ice cream and drizzled caramel and chocolate sauce..yummy good!!!
Actually, the food was so much better than my date..lol
