The lasagna was the only good thing. The grouper tacos were greasy. Something is different in the kitchen.....new cooks...chefs.....? Will return one more time.....hopefully things will have been corrected by then.“

“I love this place my grandson is in sun n lake elementary school and he came here to a Hawaiian dance he and his mom said the food was really good and I love this events happening here in island view is fun. So I recommend this place to eat because my grandson told me it was all free for food 🤯“

“6/10 dinner at the bar, it was a busy night. Service was a bit slow but the bartenders were constantly moving and serving so it was understandable.
I got the Freighter (blackened chicken option) with fries(+$2). It was good and not overly blackened - just right. Paired with DuClaw Sweet Baby Banana porter.

6/7 back for my late dinner at the bar. Got the Catamaran burger with fries (+$2) and it was really good! This time i checked Untappd ;) love the bartenders, friendly and attentive service.
5/10/26 been here a couple of times. The food has been good and the service is friendly and fast. Nice bar food selection and decent beers. Make sure you check out all the beers they have before ordering (i didn't this time). Note to self: check Untappd!

I had the Fish N Chips, is was good and a nice portion size.
The Previous time i had the oyster po-boy, that was good too.
I need to make this place part of my regular rotation for eating out.

She somehow knew what we needed before we did, kept us laughing the whole time, and made us feel like the only table in the restaurant.

I'm convinced Genesis could solve world peace between refilling drinks. She deserves Employee of the Century, a parade, and at least three pay raises. If Red Lobster ever lets her go, they'll need to put the restaurant on the endangered species list.

“My daughter and I were short on time and I didn't want to eat anything too bad for myself so I figured I'd grab a piece of fish from Captain D's in Sebring, a place I hadn’t visited in years.
When I placed my order, I asked for ketchup. They no longer had a self-serve pump and were offering individual packets instead. I casually asked if they had bulk ketchup in the back, and the manager, Kelsey (apologies if I misspelled her name), politely offered to open the packets for me to make it easier. She was sincere and professional, explaining that she aims to keep customers happy because that’s what keeps the business running.
I declined her offer to open the packets, but I appreciated the level of customer service she demonstrated. The interaction was both courteous and memorable.
Overall, the fish was well-cooked, satisfying, and reasonably priced. For anyone looking for a quick, affordable seafood option in Sebring, Captain D’s is worth considering.“

“Their food is excellent. like the value menu items, but lately when we visit the Sebring Restaurant, it takes forever to get your food. Last time was 40 Minutes. past 3 times were like this. One waitress for a large area. Makes us not want to go back. people coming in after us being served & we are still waiting. Not good for business. we are Senior Citizens. Needs better structuring for waitresses. Need to hire more. Thank you. 💕. Used to be a favorite. Not anymore.“

“Took out a big party of coworkers to celebrate them and the waitress Desiree accommodated us amazingly she was absolutely awesome and kind.
