“Good food, great staff, fun place“

“My first time here. I just wanted a quick cocktail after Christmas shopping. I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Mind you, this was a Thursday at 9 o’clock (12/19/24). I can’t tell you more about how awesome the bartender (Ericka) was. I was the only guest at the time and she made my experience feel like one of her regulars (that she liked). 2-4-1 until 9pm. Smoking outside. I didn’t order food so I can’t speak on if it’s served. I will bring someone next time to plant Jenga or Connect 4. They do have a smart Jukebox as well as a Selfie Backdrop. Please don’t sleep on this place. They open at noon-3am. Do it, because I told you to. @staysalty“

“25 mins to get our waters and drinks after sitting down...and then our waiter didn't put in my husbands dinner, so when the food came, it was an appetizer and 1 meal. Awful service. The Mgr made up for it by comping our first round of drinks and my husband's dinner (that was never put in), but wow. I feel like I was getting punked tonight.“

“I have to say, the Plant City Applebee's has to be my favorite location of any other Applebee's restaurant i have visited in the past! Everyone from host, waiters and even the person running the many drinks we had. Not only did a manager come to welcome us to the restaurant and seeing if we needed anything else. THE ACTUAL GM DELIVERED OUR FOOD WITH OUR WAITOR. SHE MADE SURE OUR ORDER WAS CORRECT, AND EVEN TOLD US ABOUT A FUNDRAISER FOR A LEMONADE STAND. WORTHY CAUSE SO WE WERE HAPPY TO DONATE. “Lots of TV’s for sports Been here a few times and the food was good however, the bowl I ordered was terrible. Jasmine rice stuck together like glue. Overall not a good dish. I did not send it back so only my fault. Hubbys burger & grandsons chicken sandwich were ok. Fries VERY SALTY. Probably ok place to eat if you order the right thing“

“The wings were crisp and flavorful, I had the buffalo hot style. The service was great. She was attentive but not hovering and I never waited long for anything. The manager would stop by to ask how everything is and to talk football. It was the college championship game. All in all a great sports bar and dog friendly too. (Outdoor seating for dog parties).“

She had the 6% Steak with broccoli 🥦. I had the Asian Salad 🥗 with extra Crunchy chips. It was an amazing meal. I could not finish my meal. She was able to finish her meal. “Absolutely love the food and environment. I'm here every Friday and Saturday night! Brittany and Mary are the absolute best. Mary always goes above and beyond to make sure our food and drink orders are taken car of! My son plays Saturday mornings seems like the service isn't as outstanding as Saturday evenings. During the morning hours takes way to long to get service let alone food and drinks. The cooks seem to be a little better in the evenings as well. When here on Saturday I try to wait till the late afternoon to order haha.“

I usually come here and get the oriental chicken salad and it's wonderful but come to find out after 11:30 on the weekdays they do not do food and as well as they don't do it correctly I guess because I just wanted my regular Christmas it was old dried out was not what I asked for at all and I thought giving the waiter a $5 tip would have made him pay attention to detail, it didn't. I don't know how to explain because I have come here and every other time I have come to the location my salads have been fine, this time my chicken was hard my breadsticks were hard my cabbage was dry my extra noodles did it come in it and there was no lettuce at all just cabbage and almonds and carrots I don't know how to explain how mad I was when I got home because I thought giving him a $5 tip would have made the salad better than usual but it made it worse than usual.
UPDATE: So it took a month or two but the franchise owner and the manager of this location rectified the situation.“
