“A charming, small, quiet local spot with a varied menu. The quality is consistently good (been there at least a dozen times in the past couple of years) with nice sake choices as well. Service is always good and staff and chefs are welcoming. Parking has become more more challenging lately, but definitely worth the trouble.“

“I went to Kuro Sushi for family dinner, with husband and 3 years old. Food was amazing. We love it so much. Seafood was so fresh. 10/10 Service was great! Lekky took care of us. She was very helpful and gave us very good recommendation on a dish. Definitely will come back here again“

“I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I love when I ask someone if they’ve ever eaten here and they tell me no. Not only do I get to introduce them to this amazing restaurant, amazing owners and staff, and hands down the best Thai and sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to, I also get an excuse to come eat the things I know I like or try new things. Definitely come try this place if you haven’t yet. I’m writing this review as I sit here waiting for sushi…. I was just here last night eating sushi…. This place is a problem for me. 😅🤣“

“To the person who reads this, you MUST not take this opportunity for granted. You have the chance to eat here, take it. This is the best thai restaurant I have ever been to. I have traveled the country in seach of thai food better than this. I have yet to be successful. The flavors here are so distinct, and so deep. When I lived near here this was a regular haunt of mine, and i didn't realize just how spoiled I had been. Generous portions. Do you want to feel joy and satiation after eating? Do you want to feel like you understand the purpose of restaurants? To enjoy delicious food. Just know that if you, dear reader, find yourself at Thai Spice, that somewhere, someone will be envious of you.“

“I stopped by Pacific Counter and got a Dole Whip, and employee, Zach made the experience great. He was super friendly and made sure it came out perfect — smooth, fresh, and exactly how it should be. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about the customers. Definitely one of the best Dole Whips I’ve had, and Zach’s service made it even better!“

“I had an amazing meal at this Thai restaurant in downtown Sarasota! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The flavors of the dishes were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the green curry, it was rich, creamy, and just the right amount of spicy! The spring rolls were the perfect appetizer, crisp and full of flavor. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the entire experience felt delightful. If you’re looking for a fantastic Thai dining experience, this place is a gem! I can’t wait to return!“
