“Pick up yourself do not have delivered. I've had to drive over anyways to pick up part of my order. The delivery fee and tip was worthless when part of my order was left behind. Of course door dash sucks at fixing any issues. If I want to go to the store I would have not paid for delivery.“

“When ordering my food, the lady that was serving me yelled at me because I was confused about which size cup to grab (I’m disabled) and definitely knew she was in the wrong because then she apologized after. Absolutely horrifying customer service and felt attacked as someone who is disabled“

“Always a good experience at this firehouse subs. The food is always hot and fresh . We’ve never had an issue with an order once from this location and the employees are always very friendly. This firehouse is one of the cleaner ones I’ve seen. And their mac & cheese that they just added to the menu is my absolute favorite I will stop there just for that on the way home“
