“The quality of food is high, for that I recommend it. The reason I wouldn’t go back is that the staff just did not care we were there at all. Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. We caught them at turnover and they couldn’t care less. We talked about hitting craft as a high point for our one night in Miami before cruising… and now we won’t bother going back to Bayside.“

The chicken liver mousse is surprisingly intricate and sweet.

The golden chicken was crisp to perfection, with a tangy bitter sauce.

The flourless cake with sapote and lemon was a hit.

All in all a great place to talk with friends and loved ones, and a have a little mouth party in your mouth.“

The service is always warm and genuinely friendly, and the Portuguese comfort food tastes like it came straight from a family kitchen. The wine list is excellent, with a remarkably knowledgeable (yet completely unpretentious) sommelier. Elegant but cozy atmosphere - it’s the kind of place we never get tired of coming back to. “Dinner is usually good, quality ingredients, the only issue is the service. Sometimes is good, sometimes horrible. I can wait 15m for a cappuccino even with the restaurant almost completely empty, I come back and ask and my order seems lost. Another thing, nobody clean the tables when clients leave. I always grab a napkin and clean by myself.“

“Love this place!! I have been coming with my daughter for years. We love everything on the menu. Authentic French bistro. Stefan and Valerie are lovely!! Valerie makes everything from scratch. Every time is a delicious experience. Come hungry and bring friends!! Somé of our favorites: French onion soup, Crepe Suzette, Crepe Rumba, portobello quiche, Crepe Forrestier. Nobody makes crepes like La Crepe!! It's a gem in South Miami. We highly recommend it.“

“This place is a hidden gem. We came here to go to the restaurant next door but as we were parking the car we noticed how many people were walking out with takeout pizza we knew we had to try it. We had Ethan as our waiter and was very attentive, he gave great recommendations and both were amazing. We had the carbonara with fresh pasta and it was so good, even our one year old love it. We also had the burrata, prosciutto and fig pizza and it was amazing, cooked very good and great flavor. Prices were reasonable for portions as well. We came the day before Halloween and they even had the place cutely decorated. Definitely coming here again!“
