It’s the only nigiri I’ve had that has the proper size and freshness you would expect from good, high quality nigiri. By far the most similar to the nigiri I have had in Japan. No tiny pieces where they’re skimping you out on fish and loading it with rice and sprinkling truffle oil to make a sad piece of nigiri look appealing. This is the real deal and so worth it.
