“The most amazing experience for my birthday! German was the most attentive and knowledgeable server, he guided us through the menu and made the entire experience feel special. He was polite, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. If you come here, definitely request German as your server because he will make sure you have the best time. The food was incredibly fresh, the fish cuts were perfect, and the OMA Deluxe included more than enough courses to leave you completely satisfied. We even ended up ordering extra nigiri and hand rolls because everything was just that good. Overall, a spectacular experience and I can’t wait to come back!“

“I had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was great, but what really stood out was the service. Fabiola was very attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire visit.
And I especially have to highlight LUISA — her drinks were AMAZING. You can really tell how much talent and dedication she puts into every cocktail. Every drink was perfectly made, with incredible flavor and presentation. Honestly, some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time. Luisa truly made the experience even more special, and I would definitely come back mainly for her drinks. Highly recommend trying anything made by her.“

“The restaurant is great, has an amazing ambiance with the decor being hypnotic, the service is great, and the food is soo incredibly delicious!!!! A total must!! I loved the tuna onigiri, the salmon pizza and the gorilla roll. But surprisingly my favorite item in the menu was a drink: the spearmint lemonade!!!!!!!

“Super el restaurant ,fui ayer 14 de febrero , a pesar que estába lleno por la fecha , buena atención, la comida espectacular, quería felicitar al chef, todo me encantó, los sushi me cocinaron los ingredientes porque no me gustan crudo , realmente todo súper rico , recomiendo reservar había afuera una lista de espera bastante larga, tomé lichi martini y me gustó muchísimo , no tengo nada k criticar del lugar“

The staff is consistently warm and welcoming, the food is impossibly fresh and flat-out delicious. The menu strikes the perfect balance between beloved classics and creative specialty rolls that keep us coming back to try something new. They also have a fantastic wine and sake selection that pairs beautifully with the food. “Had a really good time at Bonsai Sushi Bar. Our waiter Abrahim was great, cool, attentive, and took good care of us. The bacon-wrapped dates were really good, the sushi was delicious, and we also liked the lamb and mixed noodles. The strawberry lemonade was fantastic. Overall, great food, good service, and a solid spot. Definitely coming back.“
