“Tonight’s dinner was thanks to DQ. The joy on my husband’s face when he opened the box and found the “perfect” hot dog. The crew tonight went above and beyond to make sure my 9 year old had her fries that she thought she ordered, she didn’t but they remedied that. “On Feb 19 right after the Parokya ni Rdgar concert, we decided to come stop by at Jollibeee before heading home. We are 7hrs away. We had big orders to take home. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. They were able to do a refund right away for the items that are missing. To the people that work that day Thank you all for your patience and kindness. “This is by far the best Taco Bell in the area! Whoever is managing this location is doing a great job. The service and staff are amazing. The food is always made accurately, promptly and with pride. I used to work for Taco Bell and all the builds are made the way they’re supposed to be. I recently moved here from out of state and love Taco Bell. “We stopped in while on vacation with the family because we wanted to try something different, and we’re glad we did. The burgers were cooked well and had great flavor, the fries were hot and crispy, and the cheese curds were a big hit with everyone at the table. Everything tasted fresh and made to order.
They did accidentally miss a small fry in our order, but the staff handled it right away without any hassle. Mistakes happen anywhere, but how a place fixes them says a lot, and their service really stood out. The staff was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to, especially with a busy family group.

“Yes, we eat here often but I was disappointed by the dessert candy being so chopped up in my custard tonight that I cannot see it, bite a chunk of it or really taste it. It certainly was not scrumptious looking like the photo. Bummer. We will be back, no worries. But please don’t make dust of the toppings.“

The manager greets everyone and you can see him doing everything - he leads by example - that’s probably why the Staff is excellent. Can’t say enough good about this place. My wife loves it - I wasn’t one for “fast food” but I listened to her and gave this a chance and now it’s one of my favorites. They have a pork cutlet sandwich that is outstanding. Nobody has this and it’s great.“
