“I am visiting my sister and brother-in-law in Brooksville, FL and on 1-5-2026 they took me to Cody's Original Roadhouse in Spring Hill, FL. The food was absolutely delicious and was hot upon arrival. I had the chicken, with cheese and sweet potato fries and a salad - it was absolutely divine. We had the fried cheese sticks as well as an appetizer and they were well portioned and delicious. My sister had the french onion soup and the half rack with shrimp and fries which was also yummy. My brother-in-law had the haddock with a baked sweet potato and he loved it. On top of the fact that the food was wonderful, the price was reasonable our server Brian F. was engaging, prompt, new the menu items well. I really want to call out Brian F. as his service was exceptional and service such as this needs to be recognized. Always smiling, communicated well, checked on us often and overall was OVER THE TOP!. I also appreciated the fact that the Manager Amanda checked on us to ensure all was well. A huge thank you to Brian F. salute to the chef and kitchen staff, for the delicious, well presented hot meals, and to Amanda for a very well run dining experience. Happy 2026, we will be back!!!!”

“As a 45 year old foodie who’s been to many Michelin starred restaurants, Nouvelle Cuisine is hands down our favorite restaurant in Hernando County! The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is always consistent and impeccably executed.. We generally get the rack of lamb, filet, or specialty selections like elk or veal. Chef Kinds, Isabelle, and staff always make sure our experience is nothing short of amazing!! The escargot and European cheese board are always a must. The wine selection is spectacular and Isabelle’s wine knowledge is always spot on. The desserts are truly chefs kiss. The white chocolate marscapone cheesecake with raspberry coulis is our absolute favorite!❤️ I promise, you’ll not be disappointed..”

From the moment my family and I walked in, we were greeted by a cheerful, friendly young woman who made us feel right at home. It didn’t feel like your average sandwich shop—it felt like a place where community lives. Think Cheers, but with sandwiches instead of beer. The menu? Loaded. You could easily eat here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without repeating a meal. The dining space was clean and inviting, with a mix of tables, half-booths, and a sleek high-top. Throwback tunes were playing, adding to the laid-back, feel-good vibe. I ordered the Asian Chicken Salad, which came with a piece of flatbread—and wow. Both were fantastic. I’ve never left a place feeling full from a salad, but Standys changed that. My mom got their garlic meatball sandwich (I wish I remembered the exact name), and she said it was the best she’s ever had. That’s high praise. I’m already planning my next visit—breakfast is calling my name. Big kudos to the owner and staff for creating a space that’s warm, flavorful, and genuinely memorable. It was my first time trying this place located at 10551 Spring Hill drive just west of Mariner Blvd. The aromas emanating from this place were phenomenal and had my mouth watering. I was greeted by Ray,the gentleman who owns and does all the cooking here which by the way starts as early as 6:30 in the morning. I had a pressed Cuban lightly toasted and a roast pork dinner with yellow rice and black beans. The order was made up quickly and came out piping hot. The prices were right in line with any fast food establishment only much healthier. If I had a choice between my lunch yesterday and a fast food burger, I would definitely choose La Cucina for a quick lunch or a great dinner. Stop by and see Ray and enjoy a great meal. There are even picnic tables to sit down and enjoy your food. Thanks Ray for a great meal. You have a new customer.”

“Highest Recommendation. Spring Hill has a new (NY slice) King in town, based on my preferences. Excellent cornicione and great oven spring, with great fermentation and screen free pizza. The cheese is superb, as is the sauce. The texture is unmatched in this area and it reminded me of a classic NY slice, such as Joe's. Zero flop. Thin profile. Great char. Excellent balanced flavor all around. The craziest part is this excellent slice is it's only $2.50, and they have a lunch special daily from 11-3 that includes 2 cheese slices AND a drink, for only $5!!🍕🍕❤️ 🔥 💰”

The shrimp and vegetables is great. Prob my fave. They are plump and juicy. The beef and mushrooms is good. The dumplings are good but different than I expected….more won ton style. My favorites are the fried rice and the boneless spare ribs. The orange chicken is what my partner always gets now. The sauce is fantastic. Food is very consistent. Portions last for a few meals not just one.

“I cant say I don't recommend but it's either yes or no. My husband ordered steakburger and loved it. Their biscuits are the best. I ordered Chicken Tenders, Frys, Coleslaw. Frys were undercooked. The Tenders overcooked, just a tad less than burnt. Called Waitress, at first she was ok and said order something else because this is how we have to cook them. I ordered a turkey club to go. I asked for something to put my Coleslaw in. she then rudely told me I couldn't have it. I asked her if she wanted my Biscuit and Frys. She said no. I should have paid for the Burger and left. Why were my Tenders crusted with reminds of hash browns? Why were home frys scattered in our frys? I'm guessing Chicken is being cooked with frys, home frys and hash browns. 🤔 Waitress should have been nicer. My goodness, I didn't burn my Tenders, you're throwing Coleslaw away, would it have been so horrible to say for the inconvenience, I'll be happy to get you a container. I seriously thought I was switching the Tenders for the Sandwich.”

“My wife and I decided to try Charlie's a second time after having a sample of the newest sandwich. We didnt know the name of the sandwhich, however the very guy who gave us the sample(which was the manager) was there to take our order he knew exactly what sandwhich we wanted, which was a Chicken California. I ordered 2 large sandwhiches and an order of mozzarella sticks, he made our sandwhiches himself. IT WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Definitely glad we decided to give this place another try!”

“I had a wonderful experience at this Little Caesars thanks to a nice young man named Matt who was working the register. He was incredibly kind and respectful, took care of me quickly, and got my pizza out ASAP. Matt even apologized and mentioned he was new and still learning, but you would never know it his positive attitude made my whole night better. He asked how my night was, told me to have a good night, and even said “God bless you.” His kindness and customer service truly stood out. Little Caesars is lucky to have him!”

“One of the best places to eat in the area. Their fries are outstanding…fresh cut and perfect! Great sandwiches. My wife’s BLT was enormous, the size of 4 sandwiches. All very reasonably priced.”

“Steamed pork dumplings have a thin skin. They’re filled solid with a juicy pork filling. Chicken Lo mein has a good savory flavor. It’s not sweet and doesn’t have the raw garlic flavor that a lot of places have. Moo shu has fresh shredded pork but it has very little pork compared to cabbage and no black mushrooms. They add so much to the dish. It’s also overly salty and sweet. No need to order that again. Singapore chow mei fun is really good. It’s a little more than a mild spice. There’s a good amount of moist white meat chicken, decent size shrimp, and roast pork.

The owners will adjust to your needs when possible, understandably with an up charge depending on the request.

I’m leaving a five star review, not because it’s the best Chinese I’ve ever had. For my tastes, compared to every other Chinese place in Spring Hill, It’s the best”

“Dine in last week was great because you expect to be there a bit and sit down in the ac. I do not suggest to order online, because eventhough you order online you can wait longer than the dine in and drive thru. I ordered online for pick up and still waited 20 minutes past our pick up time while watching drive thru orders get faster service. They even forgot the sauce with the orings and forgot another order of orings and when it cane out after informing then, they still forgot that sauce as well and have tp once again ask for it. The food is great but as far as online and a time crunch, don't do it and expect 20-30 minutes for indoor ordering; they definitely put drive thru first. And no one offered a discount card or an abundant apology for the wait. Instead, you could see the cs worker getting overwhelmed and frustrated and instead of communicating the over abundance in orders and short staffing for the influx, she almost got frustrated with me because I asked for a sauce a 2nd time, and she said she gave me extra, which means she did not listen the first time when I said there wasn't any to begin with. Had to re-infoem her just so she could get me another one for my 2nd order. Staff needs to learn calming techniques in thw work place because frustration only causes mistakes and attitudes.”

“Just recently moved to the area, my go to coffee in Minneapolis was the Starbucks half a mile away from my house.
When we moved to Florida to snowbird, a requirement was to be close to my starbies.
I was a little nervous with the recent bad reviews.
I almost went to another location.
(This was about a month ago)
I ordered door dash a few times as we did not have a car yet, & I’m not in the best shape to make the 5 minute walk.
The coffee was excellent, & the cute messages on the cup did not disappoint.
The coffee was better tasting at the Spring Hill location, vs my usual in Minneapolis (which is also very good)

We finally got a car & between my partner, my kids, & grandkids coming by everyday, the coffee is always so outstanding.
The employees are wonderful, always smiling, always so friendly.
This is a busy location, of course it’s going to be busy, that should be a good sign!
These people are lovely, the lobby is very clean.
Love that there are young kids working, as well as some older people. Great mix.
