“My best friend & I went here for lunch today. Jorge , the GM, stopped at our table to make sure all was ok. It was great so far. Then we got an awesome waitress, Kristina. She could not have been any better. Had everything we needed and the food was outstanding. I called and spoke to Jorge and told him how pleased we were. People are so quick to complain so Kim & I decided to tell them how happy we were with start to finish. Gators Dockside has always been my favorite restaurant, and it’s still my favorite restaurant. “As a 45 year old foodie who’s been to many Michelin starred restaurants, Nouvelle Cuisine is hands down our favorite restaurant in Hernando County! The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is always consistent and impeccably executed.. We generally get the rack of lamb, filet, or specialty selections like elk or veal. Chef Kinds, Isabelle, and staff always make sure our experience is nothing short of amazing!! The escargot and European cheese board are always a must. The wine selection is spectacular and Isabelle’s wine knowledge is always spot on. The desserts are truly chefs kiss. The white chocolate marscapone cheesecake with raspberry coulis is our absolute favorite!❤️ I promise, you’ll not be disappointed..“

Her space is well decorated, show-casing wine kits, bottled wine, other cute shop items to buy with plenty of space. “My husband and I attempted to watch the sunset at Pine Island, apparently half of Spring Hill had the same idea...we missed it and decided to have dinner at Bayport Inn. Even though we were there 15min before closing, the hostess said we could still order and let us pick out a table. Our waitress, Nicole, was amazing! She went above and beyond, even though it was closing time. The food was wonderful and the price was great for the amount of food we received. We highly recommend having dinner here. They also have gift shops in the back. When it gets cooler we will be back to sit on the patio and enjoy some live music. This may be our new favorite place to go. Thank you to Nicole for making our evening memorable, even though we missed the sunset.“

“I went to Brian’s Place for the 1st time Tuesday night and brought my sister and brother-in-law who were visiting from Virginia. What a wonderful dining experience. “We, my husband, my husband's cousins, and I, used to eat here all the time....at least once a week. That was, until this "Covid"- thing cut into their hours and business. Now that Covid is over, their hours are still very limited. They close at 2. We, seniors, like to go out for dinner, in the evening. That's when we went. Now, closing at 2, haven't been back in months, if not more. Today is Sunday. Think they would be open all day, but, no. Still closing at 2. Very sad. Love the food, though, but can't eat there if they aren't open.“

“As close as you can get to NY style Chinese takeout. No complaints so far, they're my go-to takeout place in the 6yrs I've been living here. Love their Sesame Chicken, Lo Mein, General Tso, Crab Rangoon, the list goes on. Owner and his staff are very courteous and friendly, the inside of the restaurant is clean too. When you pick up your order you help yourself to the condiments and utensils. You can use an app called Beyond menu if you want to place an order online.“

“Steamed pork dumplings have a thin skin. They’re filled solid with a juicy pork filling. Chicken Lo mein has a good savory flavor. It’s not sweet and doesn’t have the raw garlic flavor that a lot of places have. Moo shu has fresh shredded pork but it has very little pork compared to cabbage and no black mushrooms. They add so much to the dish. It’s also overly salty and sweet. No need to order that again. Singapore chow mei fun is really good. It’s a little more than a mild spice. There’s a good amount of moist white meat chicken, decent size shrimp, and roast pork.

The owners will adjust to your needs when possible, understandably with an up charge depending on the request.

I’m leaving a five star review, not because it’s the best Chinese I’ve ever had. For my tastes, compared to every other Chinese place in Spring Hill, It’s the best“

“Ordered a take out spare rib dinner. Spare ribs were half fat and half unchewable tough meat. Called Hong Kong restaurant to inform them about the issue. The manager informed me I had to bring the food back. It was 8:30 at night and I am an 85 year old woman, so I told her I would bring it back the next day. She told me that was unacceptable and she could not help me. This is a restaurant who's food is grossly inferior and customer service is worse. Shame on them. Warning!! Think twice before you eat there food“

“I only had the pizza, which is only why the 4 stars. I did not go in the place, sorry. The sauce was flavorful, and the crust brushed with garlic and herbs. It's a great piece of pizza. I had 3 slices... that is a lot for me..so way good! Would recommend highly.“

“The food is always outstanding here and ever since they remodeled the restaurant, it is much brighter and a positive vibe to it!! And as always the servers here are fantastic especially Tammee!! She is a fantastic person and great to talk to. We had a fabulous eating experience here and she was very attentive in clearing our dishes plus refilling our drinks.
