Kat always greets us with a smile, remembers our usual orders, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness make every visit feel like we’re dining with a friend. Even when the restaurant is busy, she never misses a beat and still gives us amazing service.

Kat truly makes Ruby Tuesday feel like a second home for us on Thursdays. We can’t say enough good things about her — she’s exceptional!

“I was on vacation when I saw this restaurant in St. Augustine FL. I saw the menu and said I have to go in and get something! I am a grilled cheese connoisseur and I make some good ones myself but oh my gosh, the grilled Mac and Cheese I had with I can't remember what kind of meat was AMAZING! So was the tomato soup! This amazing 70's music was playing inside and I was dancing waiting for my take out. It was so cool inside! They asked for my name and I told them. Little did I know when I came back in a few days later where we ate inside that time, that the man who waited on me 2 days before would remember me and call me by name! Holy cow! That was so cool! He said it was because I was dancing. I'm a dancer with 5 trophies so yeah, I was dancing to that good music but to remember me like that! If you love grilled Mac and Cheese or just grilled cheese in general and you love tomato soup, you have to eat here! I promise you will not be disappointed at all! “A True Hidden Gem in St. Augustine The Collage exceeded all our expectations. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch. For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic,ideal for a special occasion like ours. We especially loved that the menu changes regularly, offering something new to look forward to each time. “My love and I enjoyed breakfast at The West Egg. We primarily chose to go there based on the great reviews and the fact that they had keto options.

The service was wonderful. The woman who took our order and brought our food out was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious.

Seating is limited so we knew there was a possibility that we would get it to go if necessary. We were happy to sit right outside.

“Had an amazing evening at the Forgotten Tonic. The drinks were creative and well made. The food was to die for, we are considering replacing pumpkin pie with pumpkin bread pudding at Thanksgiving this year thanks to our experience. The whole night was enhanced by our lovely server Tamara. She was professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute angel. We will be returning in the future and recommending The Forgotten Tonic to anybody who cares to listen.“

“We have been visiting our local Culver's a little more frequently, and each time we go in, the staff is extremely friendly to us and accurate with our orders. We even forgot to mention specifics for a concrete mixer custard, and instead of giving us attitude, they just made it happen. Great staff and great food (quality and quantity). Cocktails were good. Great story about Horse Soldier Bourbon. Great bourbon selection, enjoyed craft cocktails. Food was just alright and was very expensive. Two cocktails, one app, one salad and a steak $111. Probably wouldn’t eat here again but would stop in for cocktails. No parking, wouldn’t bring kids here, wheel chair accessible.“

“We accidentally discovered The Backyard at Meehan's during the Trolly Tour of St. Augustine. It's very casual, with both indoor and outdoor seating. We had lunch: clam chowder, bacon cheeseburger and conch salad - everything was really good. We were happily surprised because we didn't know anything about the place before seeing it on the tour. There is a bar available if you're interested, we didn't partake,so have no opinions. Our Server was friendly, gave recommendations, and took really good care of us. Food was yummy and moderately priced.“

“worst place to work, store managers transfer o.t hours to next pay period or remove them all together to avoid paying the employee o.t. they write people up when off the clock and lie on the write up when threatened to be reported to the labor board. they also hit sex offenders in management positions and change employees schedules without notice and write them up if they do not show up. They also write people up for being late even when the person calls and tells them they will be late.“

“Dined there last evening July 13,2023. There were 4 of us and the meal was very good. We were very impressed with the service provided to us by Lindsey. She and one other lady were the only ones waiting tables. Lindsey went way above her duties to handle customers. I hope that the manager of this Applebee's appreciate this worker who went out of her way to provide excellent service and that the cooperate office acknowledges good employees.“
