The cherry cheesecake was to die for, and the Oreo cookie was so large, they wound up splitting it! Highly, highly recommend this small deli for a fabulous tasting meal!“

I’ve been with large parties both times so I’ve had a chance to sample a number of dishes. I can’t say anything has been bad. We personally love the wings for an appetizer along with the buffalo shrimp and the crab and artichoke dip. The bowtie pasta is outstanding, and the salmon plank melts in your mouth like butter. The bacon wrapped scallops are to die for, and even the fried shrimp are good. You can’t go wrong here. And don’t forget the desserts.“

My son got a chicken salad sandwich with Potato salad and I got a turkey-avocado wrap, with a fruit cup. (It's an avocado-turkey sandwich but they put it in a nice spinach wrap for me.) the potato salad was a bit spicier than he expected, our son said, but still tasty. My wrap was perfect. I'll definitely go back since I know now that I can get onion-less choices. There were also specials and the menu had "bowls" among other items.“

I spoke with two employees over the phone and three employees in-store and they were all fantastic - kind, courteous, and happy to help. I arrived about 10 minutes early and my food was piping hot and ready to go. We ordered the fried chicken tenders, carrots, green beans, and macaroni and cheese. Everything was delicious, hot, and packaged well. Our corn muffins and biscuits were hot and wonderful too. They included plenty of cutlery, plates, serving utensils, butter, and jams. This was a wonderful experience.In a world where service is terrible and restaurant food is sub-par, we were blown away by how awesome our experience was at this Cracker Barrel. My fiance got the meat sampler with brisket jalapeno sausage and pulled pork and 2 side baked beans and french fries. My best friend the turkey sandwich with mac and cheese. His wife got the brisket sweet potato pie. It didnt take long before the called our name and our food was ready in less then 10 mins. Everything was amazing we kinda all shared family style. She asked if we wanted a basket of bread and we thought why not? It was amazingly soft, warm doughy bread with cinnamon butter. While we LOVED it, it filled us up too much and got a large to-go box. Ordered a 22 oz Ultra $4 at happy hour. My husband ordered the Smoke House burger. He didn’t love the BBQ sauce on it but the burger was delicious. I ordered a combo of chicken critters (chicken tenders) and ribs with two sides. I got veggies and a sweet potato. The chicken critters were ok. A little dry. But the ribs were tender and fall-off-the-bone. My veggies (broccoli and carrots) were steamed to perfection and my sweet potato was hot and buttery. Amber, one of the managers, delivered our food and spent a few moments with us making sure our dish was what we wanted. Definitely will return!“

“I know this isn't a local joint, but it was late and local options were slim at the time. I wanted to send a shout out to Waffle House on Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville for an excellent experience last night. We walked in for a late dinner at 10 minute to 9. They were packed and short staffed. We grabbed the only open table and the shift leader (manager?), who was also cooking, brought our drinks and took our order, advising that it may be a wait. While we were there, 4 staff members that had been called in to help showed up and went right to work. They were a well oiled machine, continually checking on all of the tables, apologizing for the wait, and thanking everyone for their patience. We got our food and left within an hour. If we had gone to the IHOP 2 doors down, we would have still been waiting for our food (even in the best of times.) I know times are tough for the service industry right now, but these ladies and gentlemen handled it with grace and efficiency. I tipped 50% of the bill, and would have done much more if I could have.“
