“This was my first time eating at J. Alexander and I was so pleased with everything about this place. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It was a group of 10 of us celebrating the birthday of one in the group. Our server Misty was awesome, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything we ordered. Now to the food, WOW!!! everyone enjoyed the steaks, crab cakes, salads, warm bread with butter, celantro shrimp and to top it off the warm carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Yum,Yum. “We’ve been here 4 different times since they opened back up. We did the swing suite the first time and it was fun! There are different options than just golf, so everyone can be involved. The food has been spot on every time - can’t recommend the mac and cheese bites enough! They just got their liquor license so this was our first time having the cocktails and they were also phenomenal. Definitely recommend coming out to watch a game on the weekend!“

“The new Hashbrown Casserole Sheper's pie was terrible. I love Sheperd's pie and was hesitant to try it matched up with HBC. I should have listened to my instincts. First of all who ever heard of Sheperd's Pie made with chunks of pot roast and not ground beef. And the HBC crust was fried to a crisp - and I mean CRISP. After I got home and looked at my receipt I noticed the cashier failed to refund the cost of my iced tea that should have been complimentary because I'm a rewards member. She did refund the cake. My waitress, Stephanie, could not have been any better. She was the only saving grace to this visit. So disappointed. Cracker Barrel made 55 years by being consistent with a limited menu of GOOD food in the early days of the chain. Too bad they decided to become creative and try to be everything to everybody. This is my "go-to" location and is usually pretty good.“

“The Hilltop just hosted a surprise birthday party I put together for my wife and we couldn't have been more pleased. We ended up with over 70 guests enjoying an hour's worth of awesome appetizers and then serving stations offering 3 choices plus a carving station. Each of our family and friends were super complimentary of the food, and I would whole-heartedly agree with them. I have enjoyed meals there before so I already knew that would be great. Everyone loved the venue as well, and the kitchen, wait and bar staff were amazing to work with to get things setup just right. I checked out many other places in town, but The Hilltop came in as the best overall in value for per-person cost as well as everything that goes into selecting the best venue for an event like this. The guests that had been there before echoed the same, and the ones that hadn't dined there yet couldn't say enough good things about the food and the facility. This will by my go-to for any future events.“

“I went on a Sunday afternoon. Very quiet. I had the patty melt and fries. The patty melt is always my go-to when I eat here. The fries are hit and miss. This time, they were not too bad. Sometimes, I can tell the grease is not fresh, and the fries have that dirty grease taste. Service was average. That can be hit or miss as well, depending on the server.“

“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! “I didn’t take any photos of the food last night, but I wanted to take a moment to give a Shout Out to the staff at Hurricane Grill & Wings. My MIL is Celiac and finding places that take the precautions to avoid cross contamination can be tough. I called and spoke to an incredible waitress that took the time to ask the cooks if they could accommodate her allergies and they said, Absolutely, come on it and we will make sure to clean the grill and use fresh utensils. She was able to have an amazing meal with us and we appreciate their efforts!! For anyone looking for great tacos, burgers, and salads - with an awesome atmosphere and kind staff, please go check this crew out!! Ps kids night is Tuesday nights!!“

“While getting wife's I.D. renewed at NAS JAX we inquired from a sailor at the exchange if there was a spot where we could lunch since we had 3-4 hour wait until non appointees were called. Dewey's was recommended. The patty melt was top notch as were the fries. Wait staff were courteous and prompt to making sure our dining experiencewas enjoyable.. we recommend deweys.“

“Yes that's right: food gets a 4 (because there IS better, this is really good!! Home cooking style; GREAT for comfort food) the service gets a 2 (because they take so many phone orders the waitress can't do it all - but are expected to) the atmosphere gets a 2 (old diner tables and chairs with a few old things on the wall: exactly where I feel welcome and comfortable but definitely not anything special) BUT MY OVERALL RATING IS DEFINITELY 5 STARS!!!

“This hidden gem is located inside of the Food Truck park off of 103rd street. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS ?. Its hot, fresh and seasoned to perfection. In fact it was soooo good that I went back the very next day. The owner recognized me and greeted me like we were old friends. I was impressed that he remembered me. The service was top tier ??. The owner took the time to explain everything as I was a first time customer. I'm officially a repeat customer.
