“What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Had to get my tires replaced next door and the guys at Discount Tire recommended this place. Very warm welcome when I walked in, and had the best service from Catie who gave me all the best recommendations. The dry rub ribs are impeccable, and the mac n cheese was delicious, all her recommendations were top notch! I was also having a very stressful day when I walked in, and I will say that she made the day so much better by being personable and attentive. I happen to be in the same industry and therefore have higher standards than most people, and I will say the service was incredible from start to finish! Made me forget about all my worries for the hour I spent here, and that’s what this industry is all about. Catie is awesome, and if she isn’t already a lead server here, she damn well should be. There were two small parking lots on the side as well, free parking! Extremely vegan and gluten free friendly, lots of vegetarian options as well. I tried a handful of things off the menu and it was all fantastic. Greatly appreciated the mushroom latte options! Beet poke bowl was perfect for the beach, so much flavor and the beets were soft and perfect. It did well in the cooler for hours, although the takeout box became limp and soggy from being inside the cooler. Don't be fooled by the photos, this place is a hidden gem. I would honestly say it's the best vegan food that I've ever had in florida. I would ditch the Daytona beach / New Smyrna areas completely solely for this restaurant“

“Was in search of a good sandwich on a rainy night in St. Augustine this weekend and while scrolling through this place caught my eye. After checking reviews and the menu, we thought this might just be the place for us. Good choice on our part. We got the 5-O and the KGB, along with the pretzel nuts and some kool-aid.

The sandwiches were on point. The honey mustard was not too sweet, but great on the pretzels. Noticed there are a couple near my hometown, will definitely be looking them up when I get back. If your sandwich people, you can't go wrong here.“

“I was on vacation when I saw this restaurant in St. Augustine FL. I saw the menu and said I have to go in and get something! I am a grilled cheese connoisseur and I make some good ones myself but oh my gosh, the grilled Mac and Cheese I had with I can't remember what kind of meat was AMAZING! So was the tomato soup! This amazing 70's music was playing inside and I was dancing waiting for my take out. It was so cool inside! They asked for my name and I told them. Little did I know when I came back in a few days later where we ate inside that time, that the man who waited on me 2 days before would remember me and call me by name! Holy cow! That was so cool! He said it was because I was dancing. I'm a dancer with 5 trophies so yeah, I was dancing to that good music but to remember me like that! If you love grilled Mac and Cheese or just grilled cheese in general and you love tomato soup, you have to eat here! I promise you will not be disappointed at all! “Great taco stand that has a pretty solid selection of tacos. I'm a big street taco guy and Osprey delivered on that front. They also have bowls and other selections as well. Best part is Old Coast Ales that is right next door. You can get your tacos and then have a beer right next door.“

The restaurant is beautiful, the food is so delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server Jennifer was on point. Our water glasses were never empty, she gave us great tips about the menu, and struck the perfect balance between being responsive and giving us space. I had the macadamia crusted salmon, and I cannot honestly say it was the best salmon I’ve ever had. The flavor was delicious and it was cooked perfectly!“

We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch. For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic,ideal for a special occasion like ours. We especially loved that the menu changes regularly, offering something new to look forward to each time. “In general one would not think a restaurant in a hotel would be worth a visit unless you are staying there, Michael’s is an exception to that assumption. It is fine dining in a beautiful spot.

The service was what you would except from a 5 restaurant. Their wine selection was incredible. My steak was prepared perfectly. And they had something I had never seen at a steak house. A vegetable medley with a potato dish. It was perfect for me as I was solo dinner and had everything you would want in a steak dinner. I wanted to try the desert but I was too stuffed (in a good way).

If you are in the area this is a great dinner and they validate the valet. I am sorry for not taking more photos but the presentation was amazing. Please come and enjoy“
