All were excellent. And the service and ambiance are exceptional. It is very quiet and comfortable, and the wait staff are patient and kind and don't mind if you take your time. “A True Hidden Gem in St. Augustine The Collage exceeded all our expectations. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch. For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic,ideal for a special occasion like ours. We especially loved that the menu changes regularly, offering something new to look forward to each time. “My husband and I live in Palm coast and when we make the trip to St. Augustine, this place is always a must! We’ve been a few times now and each time they are so friendly and fast with the service. I really appreciate how child-friendly they are, they always treat our toddler with such kindness and patience. One time that we went they even brought him out a dessert of ice cream! “Just finished having a picnic for 2 from Smokin D’s BBQ!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dynamite bbq place to eat. Well worth the trip. Best BBQ I have had in a long time. Never had smoked turkey before but they recommend it and I will most definitely have more and the ribs OMG fall off the bone meat. The beans yes more please. Next trip to St. Augustine we will definitely be eating here again.“
