Pretty slow but it’s good. Not the sharpest employees but they try.
I LOVE French onion soup. This, however, was severely lacking. No croutons or bread on it & no cheese. HOW DO YOU NOT PUT CHEESE IN IT?! The sandwich was at least decent.
This Panera just does not have good quality food or service. Each time I have ordered through the drive thru the cashiers seem so unhappy to be there. I also have not had any luck with the quality of food at this location. The salads do not seem fresh and they are skimpy with toppings.

Panera Bread is a restaurant that goes above and beyond for its customers. Despite some initial hiccups, the staff has shown kindness and understanding, even delivering soup and ginger ale to a sick customer at no charge. The food is great, with the Cheese Steak offering a wonderful taste experience. The Bread Bowls Soups are very tasty but quite small for the price, so many prefer getting the cup or bowl of soup for better value. The location is convenient for locals, and the restaurant is very clean, with food served at the proper temperature. The staff are extremely friendly and make efforts to create an enjoyable dining experience. The atmosphere could be improved with more comfortable seating and shade on the eastern-facing windows to reduce glare. The staff, including a team member named Mary, are attentive and caring, and kids are welcomed at this kid-friendly spot. Overall, friendly service and a welcoming environment make Panera Bread a place worth visiting.
