This place offered an elevated dining experience. It wasn’t your typical local food joint. We only had appetizers and drinks, but that was enough to know it was exactly what our foodie hearts were craving.
We tried two craft cocktails—the Double Vision and the Lavender Haze. Whoever came up with the idea of mixing carrot, ginger, whiskey, and fennel was pure genius. It was such an exciting drink, perfectly made—we could’ve easily had a few more. The lavender drink was equally refreshing and intoxicating.
Small menu - which we love. We like when restaurants perfect everything, instead of a large menu where everything is mediocre.
We enjoyed the fish and sausage egg roll.
I’m a Minorcan chowder girl, and I could’ve easily swum in a bathtub of that tasty conch soup. It was that good.
The atmosphere was peaceful and beautiful, setting the perfect vibe for an intimate experience. Everything about the vibe was just right.“

“Last evening we had a delightful and delicious dinner. Rum pour was generous. JJ was our outstanding and friendly waitress. She made our dinner special with her attentiveness. We will continue to return to this gem and hope JJ is our waitress again.“

I have eaten in many Sushi restaurants and I have to say this is by far my favorite . Whenever we are in St. Augustine I know we will eat there again. We got a toasted tuna melt and an Italian sub and both were delicious. Great flavor and overall a great experience. If you like great sandwiches you need to the Cheba Hut Toasted Subs!“

“I have eaten at Piesano's twice, and each time it was awesome! The food is absolutely wonderful - today, my party and I enjoyed a cheese calzone, shrimp scampi, and gorgonzola salad with shrimp. All were excellent. And the service and ambiance are exceptional. It is very quiet and comfortable, and the wait staff are patient and kind and don't mind if you take your time. Not many restaurants are quiet and relaxing these days. The prices are fair, as well, especially considering the high quality of the dishes. Highly recommended!“

“A True Hidden Gem in St. Augustine The Collage exceeded all our expectations. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch. For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic,ideal for a special occasion like ours. We especially loved that the menu changes regularly, offering something new to look forward to each time. “We had a wonderful experience at Michael's. We thought that the cocktail menu was very innovative and enjoyed our choices. We ordered the crab and skillet shrimp and although both very good, the shrimp surpassed expectations. Highly recommend the dish. My husband had an excellent and creative fish special and I ordered the swordfish, which was somewhat disappointing because the edges had the odd, fishy taste that sometimes comes when a fish has been sitting on ice and gets watered down (hard to describe). My preparation was fine and the fish was better towards the middle of the cut We appreciated our seating arrangement that was requested due to an illness. It made our night so much more relaxing. Our evening was perfect and that is what will make our anniversary memorable. The only suggestion I have is to slow the timing down a bit. We did feel rushed and even tried to control the pace a bit by not ordering our entrees right away. Our appetizers came quickly which was great but our meals should have been put in a bit later. “OMG this place is bangin’! A must try for sure, especially if you are an out-of-tower like me! Osprey tacos just took tacos to a new level for me! My fiancé and I were very happy with our choices. We both agreed the Pork Fried Rice was by far the best taco between the two of us! It’s pictured with a Carnita Tradition Style on a flour corn tortilla.

The breeze on the porch was nice, and we loved the big picnic tables! Vibe was chill, and conveniently located next to Olde Coast Ales Brewery.“

“My husband and I live in Palm coast and when we make the trip to St. Augustine, this place is always a must! We’ve been a few times now and each time they are so friendly and fast with the service. I really appreciate how child-friendly they are, they always treat our toddler with such kindness and patience. One time that we went they even brought him out a dessert of ice cream! They are the best and so is the food. The buffets they have during the week are always hot, fresh and tasty as well.“
