“I enjoyed trying Kings and Queens for their Taco Tuesday lunch special today. I ordered the Al Pastor, Asada, and King Taco. Out of the three, I enjoyed the King Taco the most. The meat was sliced in fajita-style pieces, making it more enjoyable to eat than the Asada taco, where the meat was in smaller, drier pieces. The Al Pastor was also delicious and juicy. I would return to this restaurant to try other items as the prices and service are reasonable. The server was attentive and even brought chips and salsa while I reviewed the menu. She checked on me consistently throughout my meal. The ambiance in the restaurant was excellent and made me feel like I was in Mexico. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Kings and Queens.“
“Don't be deceive by the outside appearance, go in, it is a very very clean and very well decorated restaurant. I have been here twice, the Pork Chicharron, seviche and the hamburger are the best. They are very attentive and service is the best. However, I was a little disappointed at the Parrilla Venezolana, the meat lacked flavor, but I guess that's what the four sauce were for. Also, the drinks, were excellent, plus the happy hour wine and beer was excellent. I would have given it a five stars for the flavor, but the most expensive plate was a little bland of flavor. Nonetheless I will recommend this place to friend and family.“
“I love everything about the Lake Nona Wave Hotel, including the lobby bar that is set just off the main check-in area as you're heading outdoors to the stunning sculpture garden next to Bacán. We arrived early for our dinner reservation at Nami and decided to grab a quick drink at The Living Room Bar. I love the comfy seating and eclectic vibe of this hotel. You can walk around the sculpture garden with lots of fun photo-ops or head up the stairs to sit under the pretty pink tree in a more intimate lounge area. I've tried both the Heart Beatz (tequila, hibiscus, pomegranate, fee foam) and Thomas Edison's Bright Idea (Lillet Blanc, Chandon Garden Spritz, soda) which were very refreshing and delish. They also have a tapas style food menu available if you want something to nibble on. There is free parking available in their garage which is always a huge plus when visiting a hotel as a local!“
“I have a disabled brother-in-law who was down from New York to visit, and I wanted to take him out for drinks. So, decided to stop into the Tavern because I had frequented their place for the past several years and have never been let down. Well, when we went in, the entire staff treated us like royalty. It can be hard with my brother-in-law because we never know how people will respond to him, but the team at the Tavern were amazing! We had a great time, and not only was the staff awesome, but the clientele was equally as amazing. By the time was left there, we were so relaxed and so grateful because of the service we received, but also because of the humanity that existed in this great local tavern. This is one place that I would recommend that anyone looking for a drink, a snack, or for some great new friends to visit. I met the owners, and they could not be more down to earth and gracious. 5 stars across the board.Wheelchair accessibility: Great place at the end of the bar for us to hang out. “This place is a vibe. The bartenders are friendly and very knowledgeable. The drink prices are fair. Some days they have djs on site and some other days you gotta play your own music. The have pool tables and darts and plenty of space to hang out indoors or outdoors.“

“Before you go any further, there's a brand new menu as of 4/18/2024, and it's a very positive change!I've been coming to Canvas for years now. The views are beautiful, service is always great, and the atmosphere is comforting. If I can be honest, the one thing that was always lacking for me was the food.But... we dined at the bar last night and tried out several things on the new menu: Grilled Chicken Cutlet Sandwich, French Dip, Flatbread, Mac & Cheese, and the Nutella Donuts. SO GOOD!! We were blown away at how delicious everything was! The portions are large as well. Everyone around us at the bar was raving about what they ordered. It was really great to hear. I look forward to trying everything else on the menu soon.Also, if you work from home and need a change of scenery, the bar area is an excellent place to work and enjoy lunch. They have outlets under the bar for your laptop/phone as well.“
