“Tonight was my first visit to Allelo on Beach Drive in St. Pete. We didn’t have a reservation but were lucky to get seats at the bar around 7 p.m. They mentioned they were fully booked, though we did notice a few tables open both when we arrived and when we left. Still, we ended up having a great time at the bar! The female bartender was pretty friendly and attentive, and the bar back (a male) was busy helping with table and silverware setup ~ both were good. We ordered the Baby Gem Salad, Mussels in a delicious tomato sauce, and the Cocktail Shrimp, which were all fantastic. The cocktails were unique and interestingly crafted. The espresso martini had an interesting twist ~ a subtle touch of amaro that gave it depth. The lemon drop martini was made with their house lemonade, which gave it a refreshing and slightly unexpected flavor. My friend ordered the Aperol Spritz and really enjoyed it too. It was a bit loud inside, so next time I’ll definitely ask to sit outside, especially in this beautiful weather. The restaurant has a charming patio right on Beach Drive, a cozy bar area, and another smaller dining room to the right as you walk in. The space is beautifully decorated, with a hand-painted mural of birds by a local artist. They even provided a list so guests can learn about each bird featured on the wall ~ a thoughtful touch! I’m surprised it took me this long to visit, especially since I consider myself quite the foodie. Allelo has been open for 5 years, and after tonight, I can definitely say I’ll be back soon!“

“copper shaker is such a great venue. their food has always been awesome through and through. however, one of the nights i showed up to there at around midnight, empty handed, wanting to get some food. there was no way of finding out when the last call for food would be since the line doesnt have anyone to answer the question nor is there an information on that on their website. i’ve tried texting and no one has replied. my only feedback to this is please provide information on that in some way, shape or form so that i can plan carefully so i dont miss out on their awesome food. thank you.“

The pesto is so fresh, the basil tastes just picked from the plant. The lemon dill cream sings with flavor. And the pomegranite pomodoro is spicy sweet with tingles on the tongue as the finish. All the pasta is hand made on order. The wine selection is outstanding, with tastes of every possible varietal and all of the highest quality. The owner is on hand to ensure everything is perfect and the chef takes pride in each dish, as he should. Highly recommend!“

“The title of this review is the Dublin Sour. I returned to Saint Petersburg for work after moving away 6 years ago. After having a work dinner on the Pier, I recommended the group go for another drink at the Vinoy. I could not be more pleased with the service at the Veranda. I asked our bartender if he could prepare a Dublin Sour, and he delivered a delicious drink following what appeared a great deal of effort. I enjoyed the first one so much, I ordered a second. Our bartender Ryan did a great job.“

“My fiance and I recently out for a lunch date, and dine in here at Luna Lux Restaurant. It was nothing short of spectacular. From the elegant, upscale ambiance to the impeccable hospitality, this spot sets the perfect stage for a romantic and memorable meal. The service was wonderfully attentive without being intruisive, allowing us to just relax and enjoy each other's company. As for the food? Every single dish that came out of the kitchen was a culinary work of art. The Chicken Pesto is rich, aromatic, and perfectly executed. The chicken was incredibly tender, and the pesto was vibrant and bursting with fresh herb flavor. The Roast Duck is a total showstopper, it was cooked to absolute perfection-juicy on the inside with beautifully rendered skin, offering a deeply savory, rich flavor profile that left us wanting more. Between the gorgeous atmosphere, the top-tier service, and the exquisite food, we had the absolute best time. We will definitely be back to celebrate more milestones here!“
