“People love to complain when the service is awful, I totally get that. But the last few times I’ve been to the location my experience has been quick, friendly and amazing! Especially after my son‘s happy meal came up short with a few items. Hey we’re human we all make mistakes. I called up to the restaurant to notify management of the mishap and to let them know I was heading back up. I spoke to a gentleman named Damion who said come see him to make it right. And I did and he definitely made it right. Without a question. I’ve been living in this area for a little over three years now and this McDonald’s in the past has been hit or miss. But as of late it has been a big hit! Keep up the good work!“

“I went for a little date with my 6 month old and love it! The service was great. I had the caprese focaccia and whole milk matcha. Everything was good and ingredients are so fresh. Also tasted the gelatos and all the flavors are so so good !“

“Ryan’s is truly a family affair. From the truck to the shop, they love what they do and it shines through in both the environment and the coffee. Definitely worth going out of your way for every morning. The shop is a clean, cute place to gather with board games and good vibes. 10/10 recommend“

“I am so happy they were open on New Year's day! My husband and I stopped by to try because I have heard such good things about this spot. I had the Banana Carmael shake and he had the Mango Pinapple . They were both absolutely amazing! I love that it did not have that gritty bite to it. The owners were just so nice and inviting! I can't wait to return for the Peanut butter and Jelly one! Go visit and shop local!“

Very friendly and excellent customer service, very quick service.
Biscuits and Gravy with scrambled eggs, were above my expectations and were a homemade phenomenal quality. The vanilla ice latte is a refreshing touch and just the right amount of flavor. Would highly recommend if your looking for good yet simple quality breakfast.“

“I come about 2 times a week and every time has been wonderful. The employee are always so nice and helpful. One time they even went above and beyond for my daughter. She is 4 and had some sad news that day. She wanted chocolate milk but unfortunately they were out. One of the lovely employees had made her chocolate milk and it was such a small juster , but it meant so much to us. I am very grateful for their thoughtfulness!“

I have to give a huge shoutout to Anyssa at the Starbucks in Waterset! She is one of the sweetest and kindest baristas I’ve ever met. Every single time I stop by, she greets me with the biggest smile and somehow always remembers my drink — my extra dry triple espresso macchiato — perfectly every time! It’s such a small thing, but it makes my day. Thank you, Anyssa, for always going above and beyond and for spreading so much positivity with your kindness and amazing customer service. “It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s not a 5 star restaurant. If you want gourmet, this is not the place, so don’t rate it as such. Cheap coffee, cheap breakfast, cheap donuts. (relatively cheap anyway, everything is expensive everywhere) I’ve gone through drive through or sat inside about 50 times in the last year. I got what I ordered, paid what I expected, and it tasted as I expected. The inside is clean. Do I need to be greeted? No, I don’t. I go to Disney for that type of customer service, and I pay a lot more for it, too. If you are one of those “entitled” people, go somewhere else and everyone will be happier. :)“

“OK so I never leave reviews but I had to today. My husband and I stopped in today for our coffee. We were greeted with the sweetest lady at the counter. I didn't catch her name unfortunately. She may have been the manager but the way we saw her take care of a local man who apparently was a daily customer was amazing. He was possibly on the spectrum and was sweetest guy. She knew him by name,and the way she spoke to him when others wouldn't have had the patience as he was trying to find the change for a coffee. He came up short so we just bought him the coffee. Her patience and the caring way she spoke to him. You just don't ever see that anymore. She's a special person. And the store and bathroom were the cleanest dunkins I've ever been in. This is the store I will always go to. All of this is a sign of great management 👏“
