Every single time I stop by, she greets me with the biggest smile and somehow always remembers my drink — my extra dry triple espresso macchiato — perfectly every time! It’s such a small thing, but it makes my day. Thank you, Anyssa, for always going above and beyond and for spreading so much positivity with your kindness and amazing customer service. “This Starbucks location felt clean, quiet, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff greeted customers with warmth and kept orders moving without rushing anyone. Seating was organized and noise stayed pretty low, which helped me stay focused. You can definitely finish hours of work without distractions here. This spot works well for productivity and a calm coffee break! 10/10 recommend this spot!“

“It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s not a 5 star restaurant. If you want gourmet, this is not the place, so don’t rate it as such. Cheap coffee, cheap breakfast, cheap donuts. (relatively cheap anyway, everything is expensive everywhere) I’ve gone through drive through or sat inside about 50 times in the last year. I got what I ordered, paid what I expected, and it tasted as I expected. The inside is clean. Do I need to be greeted? No, I don’t. I go to Disney for that type of customer service, and I pay a lot more for it, too. If you are one of those “entitled” people, go somewhere else and everyone will be happier. :)“

“People love to complain when the service is awful, I totally get that. But the last few times I’ve been to the location my experience has been quick, friendly and amazing! Especially after my son‘s happy meal came up short with a few items. Hey we’re human we all make mistakes. I called up to the restaurant to notify management of the mishap and to let them know I was heading back up. I spoke to a gentleman named Damion who said come see him to make it right. And I did and he definitely made it right. Without a question. I’ve been living in this area for a little over three years now and this McDonald’s in the past has been hit or miss. But as of late it has been a big hit! Keep up the good work!“
