“Nice location. Store clean, neat, and well laid out. I ordered from the app and food was paid and ready before I got to counter. McD has improved the food quality lately, and it shows. All the employees seemed nice and friendly. It was at a busy hour, and a few tables were still available.

Dietary restrictions: My breakfast of choice is Big Breakfast with Pancakes. Plenty to eat, usually take the biscuit, with jam, to eat later.The pancakes are very good. Sugar free syrup on request

Parking: Plenty of parking convenient and in the plaza with grocery store at the junction of two state highways.

Kid-friendliness: There were several children and they were all happy and relaxed.

Wheelchair accessibility: I use a large walker and was able to move it around with no difficulty. There were several tables with movable chairs to accommodate a wheelchair.“

“I have now been twice this week to the Box of Cubans New Tampa. First visit was takeout Cafe con Leches and they were excellent. My second visit was to try the Cuban Sandwich. It too exceeded my expectations. Tampa is a competitive market as the origin of the Cuban Sandwich was here. The Box of Cubans sandwich is definitely up to the competition as was as good as anywhere in this area. I highly recommend…“

“I come about 2 times a week and every time has been wonderful. The employee are always so nice and helpful. One time they even went above and beyond for my daughter. She is 4 and had some sad news that day. She wanted chocolate milk but unfortunately they were out. One of the lovely employees had made her chocolate milk and it was such a small juster , but it meant so much to us. I am very grateful for their thoughtfulness!“

“Scrumptious home made ice cream at Kimi's. I don’t have enough words to describe just how good it is! We went to the Riverview location on a weekday evening. I really need to mention that we were helped by 2 lovely young ladies who have excellent customer service skills. Exactly who you want representing your business. I wish that I had gotten their names. Generous portions & good value. Anyway, if you are craving some delicious, really perfect ice cream, look no further than Kimi’s. “It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s not a 5 star restaurant. If you want gourmet, this is not the place, so don’t rate it as such. Cheap coffee, cheap breakfast, cheap donuts. (relatively cheap anyway, everything is expensive everywhere) I’ve gone through drive through or sat inside about 50 times in the last year. I got what I ordered, paid what I expected, and it tasted as I expected. The inside is clean. Do I need to be greeted? No, I don’t. I go to Disney for that type of customer service, and I pay a lot more for it, too. If you are one of those “entitled” people, go somewhere else and everyone will be happier. :)“

“My favorite Dunkin in the area!! The workers are always amazing, great attitudes, customer service is perfect, the food is ofcourse soooo good, the only Dunkin in the area i’ve seen that ACTUALLY care enough to mix you’re matcha into the milk with your late well. I’ve had my best egg-sausage-cheese croissant sandwiches here, hot and ready, always quick and easy. There’s always somehow the nicest, friendliest people working there or in the store at the time. I love this Dunkin’ Donuts so much, It deserves so much more traction.“
