Smoothie King

I put a "1" for Sean's service... Why? I buy their 32 oz. Smoothies here almost DAILY (I've spent over $250 in the past 30 days) and I asked for the remainder that was used from the blender that I'm entitled to (since I paid for this). Sean's response was "well we use that for samples" and she said I would need to pay for a cup. I was just at this Smoothie king. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie with pineapple and mango. The young man made it I got it and left. On my way back to work I taste the smoothie and it taste like pure ice water. I when back and told him the smoothie taste like ice water and I wanted a refund and he offered to remake it and I told him he made the first one and I just wanted a refund.
