From the warm atmosphere to the unforgettable flavors, everything about the experience was exceptional. “Cocktails are amazing, beautiful balanced flavor and really exciting signature cocktails with a fancy preparation technique.
The only downside is that the staff seemed a bit disorganized, waiting for cocktails took long, some small bits were forgotten. It looks like a starting out bar trying to find its groove, but for the cocktails of this quality it’s worth it!“

“A friend said this is one of the best burgers they had. They took me to try it. I’ll give it a 6/10. I just found it too greasy and they have it only Monday for limited quantity. The homemade pickles and bread were good. Drinks were also great. We parked at the hotel which is $21 for three hours and you can get a discount for the store. $16 for parking, $20 for a burger. They should try to get a better discount for the parking.“

“So sad to hear Carousel Club is closing because this place was genuinely one of a kind. The vibe was just different. Open air with the racetrack right there. Kid friendly. My son loved it there. It felt fancy and laid back at the same time, which is hard to pull off.

Jessica and Tricia honestly made this place. Every time I came in they made me feel like I was their favorite person there. That kind of energy is rare and it kept us coming back. The whole team is super talented, warm, and just genuinely good at what they do.

“Met up with a friend here on Wednesday night- who was in from out of town. As soon as I walked in I was struck by the cool -intimate vibe of the whole place. It was one of those moments where I didn’t feel like I was in Miami anymore- in a good way. The Dj was a vibe - and the female bartender greeted me instantly and offered me a menu and a glass of water. The place was the right amount of busy for a Wednesday - but not over crowded. I didn’t drink alcohol but I had a really good time- which says a lot in and of itself. Would love if they had some non alcoholic drink options on the menu-but maybe thats asking too much- lol. either way- would def be back for the vibes.“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“
