“Josh's Deli was delicious! Sat at the bar because the tables were all full. Had a great conversation with Josh while he was cooking away. Started off with the Matzo Ball Soup. The chicken stock had a great depth of flavor. The Lox and Bagel platter was one of the best I've had and rivals with Russ and Daughters in NYC. Will definitely be coming back!“

“I like the Rita's brand, but I have a mixed experience with this location. I came here two times for gelati and the taste was a bit inconsistent. The vanilla custard tasted great the first time but the second time on another day, the vanilla custard on the gelati was a bit too soft and started to melt and be runny, also the runny custard's taste was a bit off.Another note of inconsistency was the mango icee flavor. The first time the mango ended up tasting more like pineapple, the second time it tasted more like mango but it still wasn't quite there.“

“Atmosphere - Strolled in today for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. Atmosphere was good with a few others dinning in and outside. I think music would have been a nice addition though.

Food - My husband and I ordered the Açaí Fruit Bowl and Strawberry Passion Fruit Smoothie. The smoothie was amazingly and tasted exactly as expected with strong strawberry flavor while not being too overpowering on the sweetness. The Açaí Fruit Bowl was delicious. The fruit looked and tasted very fresh. I did wish I had paid for the additional almond butter or peanut butter drizzle on top of the bowl, however at an extra $3.50, I decided against it when ordering.

Service - no greeting when entering or when standing at the cash register. At least not that I heard, the girl behind the counter stopped what she was doing once we were ready to order. She changed her gloves before switching from food prep to cashier. She was friendly and smiled; but was a little hard to hear her voice due to mask. We sat at the bar and watched the food while it was prepared. I appreciated the cleanliness of the preparation space and the care that the women took while preparing the meal.

Note - use of Greenprint straws and 100% recycled napkins.

“Very friendly staff and good atmosphere! We had the Cuban sandwich and avacado toast and some cold draft peroni beers! They were very accommodating to our needs and sat us away from a nice family with kids so we could have private adult conversation without disturbing them! ( it can be noisy on the beachfront cafes so you have to talk a bit louder!) overall very nice place!“

“The food here is AMAZING. These are the *best* made plant-based burgers I've eaten that taste like meat. They even have plant based fried egg you can add to the burger that tastes like a real egg!

The atmosphere is super low key and chill so manage your expectations but it is great to go, grab a bite to eat, and chill with your friends!

“Great service here, even in December. Becker is the man! They kept it hot even when it was a bit chilly out. Great food, stick with the classics and you cannot go wrong. The edible bright flowers that bring life and color to the plate. The waiters! Knowledgeable, delicate, with a sense of humor. Violinist - modernistic rap music that sounds like Bach. Ambiance. The light low key table lamps that look like candles. Beautiful photography and chachkas on the walls. One of the main courses we ordered - polenta with crab meat. I could just do this polenta alone like a dessert cream brûlée. It's a place to return to. “The Vegan Marie is a all vegan Hatian restaurant in the Little Hati neighborhood of Miami. Very friendly owner who let me sample two different kinds of juice made in house. This family run restaurant has been around for four years as of March 2025. I love supporting all vegan restaurants whenever possible. This was my first time experiencing Hatian food. I went with the Spelt wrap that was tasty and served in ample portions. It came with a flavorful sauce. It came with a healthy and tasty kale salad. 5 stars for the food yet am deducting one star because when dining out I like to dine in and unfortunately there was limited seating with the only seating being outside the restaurant with two chairs encompassing a small table therefore took my meal back to my guesthouse to enjoy it there. Pro tip: Get your food to go and am sure you will enjoy this unique cuisine!“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

“We were cautious about what to expect when we saw the place from the outside, but when we walked in, and there was no menu, we were even more surprised.
