In the parking lot there was a bit of a bad smell because the grease trap overflowed right where I parked and my shoes filled with oil and it was uncomfortable, but everything else was excellent“

“Sip 305 is hands down one of my favorite spots in Miami! Every time I visit, I’m impressed not only by the quality of their drinks but by the amazing service. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable about the menu. They take their time to offer recommendations and make sure your order is exactly how you like it — you can really tell they care about the customer experience.

Their drink menu is incredible with so many creative options, from refreshing energy drinks to delicious specialty coffees and smoothies. I tried their iced matcha latte and it was perfectly smooth, not too sweet, just how I like it. The Sunshine Sodas are also a must-try — super refreshing and unique!

Aside from the drinks, their dessert options are just as impressive. I tried the cookie sandwich and it was absolutely decadent. Everything tastes fresh and is presented beautifully.

The place itself is clean, bright, and has a welcoming vibe whether you’re stopping by to grab something quick or want to sit and relax for a bit.

Overall, I highly recommend Sip 305 — great service, amazing drinks, and an awesome atmosphere. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!“

“I think is a must to visit this historical restaurant in Miami. The service was great, speed of food great even so it was to near capacity full. The prices are also very affordable compared to similar cuban food restaurants. Food was good, we ordered the typical cuban food although there are many options for those who prefer other food. They have a smaller bakery towards the middle and a big one on the other side. The amount of items is sure to please all. Is normally very crowded around lunch time so don't forget to grab a number to be served. Bakery prices are also in line with Latin bakeries. The cortadito coffee isnone of the best I have tried in many years of living in South Florida.“

Acid jazz music was at a reasonable level allowing conversation. There are plugs near some of the tables. Furniture is metal & hardwood- no plush couch style seating FWIW. Fresh beans are $18-$23 / 12oz. bag.“

“I came to this location foe an afternoon iced tea. The service i received from Luigi and Madison was absolutely top notch. They were friendly and very professional. They greeted me with a welcoming smile and upbeat attitude! The store is very well maintained, very clean! I would give 10 stars if there was an option. “This place is a great new addition to the area. It has great food, especially the healthy but savory salads. My favorite is the Halloumi Salad, a great combination of lentils, cheese, sweet potatoes, avocado and greens.
They also have breakfast and deli items such as omelet, sandwiches (regular and mini sizes) and empanadas.
On the sweet side, they have a great assortment of regular and mini desserts that you can try without feeling guilty about breaking your diet!
The decoration and ambiance are both beautiful and relaxing.

This place has stunning gelato. I tried Stefano Versace's award-winning gelato "Profumi di Sicilia," which has fresh ricotta, cannolo, and caramelized fruit. Many ingredients are imported from Italy. It was packed with flavor. It came with a nice sugar wafer. You can also add toppings, but it didn't need it. I felt like I was transported to Italy.

“Versailles serves the best coffee I have ever had. We went back two days in a row and took our time enjoying a cortadito and pastel guayaba at the counter. I recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice as well.There is a steady stream of customers and a vibrant energy to the whole experience. The staff is attentive and efficient. Lauren took great care of us both days. She was the best! It is worth it to stay for a bit and enjoy the ambience rather than taking coffee to go. “I usually visit my regular coffee shop, but it was closed the other day, so I decided to stop by here instead. I’m so glad I did! I received the best service I've ever had. The barista, Natalie, was incredibly sweet and made an amazing cup of coffee. The whole experience was fantastic. Ever since I first visited this café, it’s become my go-to spot for studying. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the space is perfect for focusing. It’s quickly become one of my favorite places to spend time. Highly recommend !“
