“My boyfriend and I wanted to go experience something new, he told me about kava, and I searched for the best kava bars in Tallahassee. This is the place we chose and it was a great time! We got there at 10 pm and stayed until 3 am lol. We met great people, played pool and other cool games, and had an amazing time. The social aspect was great. We are definitely coming here again.“

“This place is located inside The Pickle Pad. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and fries and enjoyed both. I was pressed for time otherwise I would have walked around the facility. The Pickle Pad offers indoor pickleball and several other activities. This looks like a fun place to hang out with friends on the weekend.“

“My friend and I visited this evening. The white waitress walked passed us three times and didn’t look our way. A table behind us full of white people were seated and came in after us, and she went straight to their table without acknowledging us. Chase swiftly came in and took our order with no problem. This is a persistent problem here as this is not my first time here. The ambiance and the food are always good here but the service needs an upgrade definitely. Service should be the best experience but this is where the Brass Tap falls short everytime. Please train staff to acknowledge and service ALL customers.“

“Lived in the apartments next to this place when I was in college back in 1998, but never came in. Fast forward to 2025. Great atmosphere, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Pool tables are $2 a game, but the beer is cold. It's a lot bigger than it looks from the outside, and a great place to watch a game.“

“Love this place always a blast especially on Thursdays! Bartenders amazing!. Music always a vibe except that one dj who just plays country and nothing else, they know who they are. One down side is the smoke machine, im always down for cool effects but yall need to chill with it lol. I know theres an outside but walking in with Smoke blown in your face for a good 6 seconds and its constantly going off while your waiting for your drink, it leaves me walking out with a sore and raspy throat😂 almost everytime.. Overall amazing place ill take that risk because its always a good time.“

“The Blue Tavern is a true gem in the Tallahassee Community. Carrie (owner) and Heather (bartender) are welcoming, caring, inclusive. This place has the best music in town on a consistent basis. Our favorite part of our road trips, is finding places to eat we can’t find at home. And pizza is my husband’s fave. I don’t normally gravitate to pizza, but this menu had my attention! We ordered the Honey Pig and and pepperoni with marinated portabella mushrooms. These were, simply put, the best pizzas we have had to date on a road trip! Hands down!
